This operator sells neutered versions of the Nokia 8110 4G model WITHOUT: - the app store. - the possibility of updating the operating system. The phone simply has a "stable" firmware version, according to an employee of the IDC office. That is, the whole world uses unstable, and IDC takes care of us. Terrible service and products. They sell gray, flashed phones that almost immediately start to glitch or completely refuse to work. To repair or replace is a whole epic and a problem that boils down to the fact that the buyer is to blame. That is, the market rule that the customer is always right does not work with IDC. They have it the other way around. You can carry your phone to the service for weeks and wait for hours until you are called using an electronic queue. It is specially made so that a person with the purpose of a visit to be repaired will always be at the end of the queue. I tested it on myself personally. I stood for an hour, then changed the purpose of the visit to a painless one for the company, less than half a minute later I was called to the window. "Everything is for the customer." In short, bastards and scammers. I do not advise anyone to buy phones from them, especially expensive ones. Because 99% of it will be either a gray Chinese phone or a branded one, but 2 or more times more expensive than it actually costs, and then with such a clumsy firmware that it soon begins to blunt.
