I visited a cosmetologist once, but the facial cleansing procedure did not impress me, but the cosmetologist suggested making an alginate mask, without warning that this is not an alternative to the one included in the price of the procedure. How much this mask costs, respectively, was also not announced. At the end of the session, I paid an additional 50p for that time.

It took me a long time to choose a medical center after an unsuccessful visit to another medical center and the negative experience of the initial photorejugation procedure.
On 04/09/2025, I went to the Doctor Alexander Alekseevich Sergeyuk for phototherapy and laser rejuvenation from the Lumenis M22 company at 16 Tsetkin Street. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the doctor for his attentiveness and individual approach. Because of my lifestyle and constant training, I spend a lot of time in the sun, and my skin is always heavily exposed to ultraviolet radiation, and I certainly wasn't hoping for a miracle. But after one procedure, the result is great. Pigmented spots and darkening have practically disappeared, blood vessels, fine wrinkles, scars and scars have become much less visible. After the procedure, there was no severe redness of the skin and no burning sensation. On the fifth day, all the crusts almost fell off, and the skin on the face became pink and tender. I advise Alexander Alekseevich Sergeyuk as a specialist and I will continue to go only to him.

Today I visited this center for laser hair removal, specialist Nalya. She is disastrously forbidden to work in a private medical center. Because I only attend private medical centers, but this is the first time I have seen such a boorish attitude towards a client. I walked in, she thought she would talk to me, look at my face, where it would not hurt to walk with a laser, and she ordered me in a commanding tone and with irritation in her voice, "Lie down." I replied to her that this was the first time such a master was working with me and I was already afraid to do the procedure with her. She had the nerve to ask about my mood. The procedure was disgusting, it felt like she was driving not with a laser, but with the side of the laser, everything was very fast, I doubt that this procedure would give me a result, I just wasted my time. After the procedure, a cream with SPF was not offered, as professionals do. Such specialists should not work with people. You will see the surveillance cameras of the procedure. And I'm disappointed, my mood is ruined.

For the first time, I decided to leave a review about the premises of a paid medical clinic. I visited the doctor Alexander Sergeyuk and, unfortunately, was extremely dissatisfied.
First, communication: I would not like to hear an answer to clarifying questions in the spirit of "Young man, I have already explained...". A more respectful and patient explanation is expected.
Secondly, passivity: I was informed of the diagnosis in general terms, but I had to literally "pull out" all the other information on my own, since the doctor preferred silence.
And finally, the smell: it felt like I was riding in a crowded bus with workers after a shift. I have nothing against them, just an analogy.

I went to Demko Olga for laser hair removal, for the second time, I did not choose a doctor, I was guided by time. Probably I should be alerted to the possibility of a quick appointment with this specialist)) Olga was as unfriendly as possible, as if annoyed, drove a laser and wiped the gel with a paper towel as if she was scrubbing something, at the end of the session she started talking on the phone while I was getting dressed. Taken together, it was all complete trash and disrespect. Never set foot in the clinic again.

I asked to explain which ultrasound would be better for me, taking into account my requests, the doctor said that the difference in price, which she does not know, In this case, the patient should choose the price, not the expediency - so it turns out? Part of the procedure had to be on the icy floor (it was very cold outside, the office on the ground floor), they didn't even offer a single napkin, the doctor herself worked in boots - it was very cold.
A picture of my ultrasound was not attached to the form with the result, a picture was always given in other centers.
The last straw to my unpleasant visit was a call from the doctor, 30 minutes after the procedure, with a question: "Please look, did we write your name on the letterhead for you?"🙈
In my case, the ideal was only in the name of the medical center, unfortunately, the service is very far from ideal.

At the reception, the girls do not behave professionally, 5 people were sitting in the lobby, a doctor came out at the reception, from a conversation, as I understood, who gives beauty injections, and the three of them began to discuss the clients who want to prick their lips, asking to open the drug with them, not being shy that we hear them. My appointment with the doctor started 40 minutes after the appointment, except for the doctor, no one apologized, and then the doctor said: " I'm not just sitting here!" I prescribed a lot of pills and ointments, unnecessary in my opinion!
The reception lasted 10 minutes at most. After I went to the medical center, the staff began to call me, then write on Viber that they had not taken my passport data. I went to this center for ultrasound of the pelvic organs.
I heard that I have: "a very bad disease, endometriosis." When asked by a specialist what kind of disease it is, she heard in response "Google it". And I think many people know that you can find a lot of unpleasant things in Google and catch a panic. That's what I had, I came out in tears, cried for about an hour, eventually decided to go to another medical center, where I paid 3 times more expensive, where they calmed me down and said that the examination was not performed correctly, a specialist from Ideal Med wrote that I have endometriosis of 2 ovaries, and in fact, it turned out that on one and not in such quantity, I was also told that they do not diagnose one ultrasound, unlike what the IdealMed specialist did. I called the center with my feedback, to which I was told that this was a very unpleasant situation and the management would contact me within a week. It's been about a month :)
I do not recommend this place.
