I was at an appointment with a gynecologist, Olga Dmitrievna Krasinskaya, I was absolutely delighted with the reception, the doctor was very friendly, polite, competent, did an ultrasound + consultation, I had previously visited Eva clinics, but I liked Olga Dmitrievna's doctor so much that from now on I will be served only ideally by Med!

Beautiful location, clean, everything is well equipped. I got my appointment time mixed up, but they didn't refuse me, but they accepted me, which is very pleasant. I'm very glad that I got to them. Excellent staff.

I waited for my appointment with the gynecologist for 1.5 hours
No one called and warned that the doctor was delayed. I'd like to stay at home. There is nothing provided for those waiting (coffee/TV).
When the gynecologist invited me to the office, there was a used set of the previous patient, nothing was cleaned and processed. There was just the most disgusting smell, as if it was not a gynecologist, but a proctologist. There were no comments on the situation and no apologies. The gynecologist made an incompetent conclusion about neoplasms in the mammary glands, which was not confirmed at all in other clinics and gave me worries and unnecessary expenses.
The woman who had an extreme laser hair removal was just brazenly rude.
I would like to be contacted by the management of the clinic and the licensing department looked in there about an incompetent doctor and a violation of the sanpid
