I liked the hotel, delicious breakfasts on the terrace with a wonderful view!
Russian-speaking staff. Very convenient location of the hotel: tram stop at the front door of the hotel, a minute to the metro, 3 minutes to the Bosphorus! 20 minutes to Galata Tower and Istiklal Street, the Blue Mosque, Suleymania are located in the same area.
Positive:
- excellent location, close to the tram and all the sights
- wonderful friendly staff, some speak Russian
- a good standard breakfast, the same every day, but there are plenty to choose from
Cons:
- the rooms are well-lived, but nevertheless clean
- mold in the bathroom, but I think it's a problem for all hotels
- audibility, everything is insanely audible
In general, the standard hotel is like everything else, with small rooms. The bed linen is clean, they give bottled water, tea and coffee in the room, soap accessories
Great hotel! Nice clean rooms, cool restaurant with great breakfasts, Really delicious breakfasts. (Although it would be nice to add scrambled eggs and porridge, well, it's like that-prose)). The location is very good, there is a tram stop nearby, we had a room with a view of Aya Sofia😍(photo attached), all the sights are at hand. A separate curtsy to the hotel chief and Andrey from the reception👍All the guys who work at this hotel are just great! Thank you very much! We will recommend it and come back!
We stayed at the hotel. The rooms are small, but cozy and clean. The staff is friendly. There are small disadvantages, I will not dwell on them. Overall, everything is good, especially the location of the hotel.
There are Russian-speaking receptionists at the hotel, good breakfasts are no worse than in other hotels, the hotel is tired, we needed separate beds, not immediately but we got what we booked, audibility from neighboring rooms is like in RUSH houses, but at 5 a.m. the call to prayer is not particularly audible, like the tram. There is no battery in the room, it is heated only by split.

A good hotel, the location is the most suitable, everything is nearby and even by tram you can get to many interesting places, the tram is next to the hotel, but in my case it did not interfere at all, but even calmed (everything is better than Dmitrovka under the window😁), the food is moderately varied (for myself I managed to collect a Mediterranean plate for each day), the dried fruits are cool, the hotel staff is responsive, polite and pleasant in communication, even gifts were exchanged before parting.
We spent 3 nights here - the impression was not bad. The main advantage is the location itself. All the "attractions" of Istanbul are very close, and, if necessary, any transport is just around the corner. However, this is what simultaneously creates a problem in the form of noise. The window of our room faced the street, and the rumble of the tram was very annoying. At the same time, we lived on the 3rd floor. In general, the hotel is noisy - you can hear the neighbors, the noise from the street and the humming sewer pipes. Unfortunately, it also smells like sewage.(
The room is quite cramped, and the furniture is not arranged rationally, it is inconvenient to move around, it is impossible to decompose things, there is practically no place for suitcases.
A very comfortable mattress, but poor water pressure in the shower - the jet twitches all the time, uncontrollably changing the temperature. You can't relax!
Modern TV and good Wi-Fi. The room has a kettle, water and tea leaves.
It's quite clean.
Breakfast is served on the top floor, on the terrace with a pleasant view of the surrounding area. It is a buffet, but not striking in its variety. Hot drinks should be ordered at the counter - there are no coffee machines! I won't say it's convenient.
But there is also an indisputable advantage of the hotel - the staff at the reception. Young people have completely conquered us with their attention, manners, ability to talk and a rare ability to make you feel that they are incredibly happy to see you! I definitely rate their work at 10 out of 10!!!
The number of rooms is morally outdated, everything looks much more cheerful in the photo than in person. In our room, the floor creaked, the toilet lid was broken off, the desk was stripped, the water in the shower cabin did not go away. But the location is great 👍🏻
The excellent location of the hotel in the very historical center. There is a tram stop nearby, which is very convenient. The staff is polite and helpful. Good breakfasts. Not big rooms
