It's a very atmospheric place, excellent, thoughtful Serbian cuisine, there are 5-6 types of breakfasts, I really liked the "Gourmet breakfast", the usual portions are large - we ate pleskavica for two, there was live music on Friday evening, we had dinner for two without alcohol for 4000 dinars
A wonderful restaurant for exploring Balkan culture and cuisine. Delicious food and good service. Beautiful interior.
The evening is brightened up by musicians playing Serbian hits.
The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is festive - there is live music, very colorful. We didn't wait long. Veal chorba, veal in kaymak and pleskavitsa are divine. The portions are very solid, this should be taken into account. Rakia dunya is magical, one glass charges you with positivity until tomorrow. It is cozy and clean inside, there is a summer veranda.
The toilet room is shared by everyone.
The food is delicious, it was prepared quite quickly, the staff is polite and understands English. The atmosphere is pleasant, but I was at night when little is visible (anyway, there are lamps on the tables).
However! Be prepared for very large portions (although by Serbian standards they are probably ordinary), I ordered only one and could not finish it completely (but they can wrap it with them).
This, of course, is not a minus, but a plus! But it may be unexpected.
I recommend the place, the next time I come to Serbia, I will probably go there again.
A piece of the Spirit of Skadarlia lives here, and the cuisine is distinguished by some sophistication and even pathos (well, it has become sooo expensive:-()
A huge Vernad. Efficient waiters. Delicious. I really liked the bread (in the photo).
The musicians played soulful and funny songs on the instruments, the guests sang along with pleasure. Atmospheric.
