Many wrote that Ikea is small. I don't even know, the size is of course a stretchable concept, but if you compare for example with the former Moscow Ikea, then it's even more as for me. There is a bunch of everything, including a restaurant and a bistro. The only downside is getting there. A taxi costs about 3-3.5k dinar, which is super much. We decided to get there by bus (number 70, only it can be reached from anywhere in the city). There was 1 flight in an hour of waiting, although during this time there should have been 3! Of course, it's also packed. We needed a taxi back without options, we were ready to pay any money, but there were simply no taxi drivers, that's all. Fortunately, this Ikea has very nice responsive employees who called some small local taxi company and called it to us. In general, if you have your own car, there are zero problems, ikea itself is super. But if there is no car, be prepared for difficulties and big taxi bills

do not order delivery for anything. Forget about the service. You will wait for delivery for a week, then the courier will call you, being right at the door (and I don't care if you are not at home). As a result, they brought me a table without legs, they promised me a week, they would supposedly figure it out (it was impossible to solve it in a week, yeah), as a result, I paid for the countertop as for the whole table. Basically, I've already paid in advance, so now I'm not going anywhere. A clear and painfully familiar attitude towards customers. Especially when the delivery is carried out not by Ikea itself, but by some kind of contracting company. so they're throwing it at each other now.
The customer service in Serbian Ikea is either sick, or their "high standards" do not work the same everywhere.
it's the second week of cooking and eating on my head, since the old store was taken out, and I probably won't wait for the new one.
