Great hotel. We were well received. We wished you a good rest. The room was given a clean one with a great view of the sea and the mosque. The room had air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer-everything worked. The hot water was running well. The wifi worked fine too without brakes. Cleaning every day, but only garbage was removed from the bucket and sand, which apparently we brought from the beach on slippers. The staff is cool and helpful. It is clear that they are trying very hard. The food is delicious. The dishes are always clean. But the hotel needs room repairs, at least cosmetic ones.
We were in June-2024. a huge plus, this check-in without waiting for 14.00-immediately. The hotel consists of 2 buildings, the first building was renovated, but the second was not, so the furniture was old, the child's mattress was falling through, the air conditioner worked like a fan, the last night they almost died from the heat. The food also leaves much to be desired, there was only watermelon from the fruits, then tangerines were added. I bought jams from sweets in the morning, in the evening there were some pastries (it's good that I don't like sweets). The pool is open from 10 to 18. I would like to swim in the evening, swim, because some adult uncles jumped in the afternoon. There were no problems with alcohol. The bartender and the waiter are good boys, they worked quickly, cleaned everything, they don't speak Russian, but they understand. A very nice woman works at the reception during the day, speaks all languages, can help with everything. You can contact her. The hotel is clean, the rooms will be cleaned and changed if necessary. It is very close to the sea, there is a mosque nearby, but it did not annoy even at 5 in the morning.
The hotel is good, the manager is just a bomb, the price for the room was about 6,500 rubles, 70 meters to the sea, sun beds to pay 320 lira separately, lunch is gorgeous, I recommend, the view from the hotel ( my bike is standing )
We have been living in room 504 since June 25. The room is terrible. The photos of the rooms on the website do not correspond to reality, they put them in bad rooms. The furniture is falling apart, I did not take pictures, but in the photo with the melon you can see the table in the room, and in another photo I circled the torn bed and the torn pillowcase that had just been made. The refrigerator just needs to put a bottle - there is not a single shelf and it does not freeze, but only cools (not lower than 0 degrees). The shower room is broken, it is dangerous to close and open the door, the glass may burst and cut a person. Half of the lighting lamps are not working. The air conditioner is old, it was installed during the Ottoman Empire. Air conditioning is paid, 7 euros per day, although initially it was written on the travel agency's website that 5 euros per day, if you do not have everything included. Meals can be purchased at the hotel, but the price tag for breakfast is 7.5 euros, and for dinner 10 euros (if I'm not mistaken) per person per day. For this money, you can eat different food in the neighboring cafes, and not what is served in the hotel. I haven't tried the food - I can't say anything about it (We decided not to spoil this hotel with money because everything is bad in it). It is impossible to sleep with an open balcony - an external unit is hanging on the balcony from the next room and rattles unbearably, the walls are already shaking. So get ready to pay for air conditioning or you will have sleepless nights. The hotel does not correspond to 3*, I would put 2*, and in some places less, for something 1*, and somewhere 0*. There is no clothes dryer, so you will dry things anywhere after the sea. There is a plastic table and dirty chairs on the balcony, there are no chairs in the room, only one ottoman. The TV is small, it shows only one Russian channel. The pool is open from 10 to 18. The chlorine stinks so much that we swam only once in it for 8 nights. The sun beds are old, the mattresses on the sun beds are dirty and torn and it is not pleasant to put your towel on them. There is a slide, but the joints are not quite smooth and you can feel them, you can not ride lying on your back with moles. The lights and all sockets in the room are turned off when you leave the room and pick up the key, you will not be able to leave something to charge and leave the room. On the plus side: close to the beach and free Wi-Fi. There are no more advantages of this hotel. Moreover, it was indicated in the voucher that the hotel was 4*. I don't know how it happened. The tour was bought from Anex. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the hotel at all! I do not know where the reviews of the 4.0 hotel come from.
They don't care about anything at all!!! We came here to relax, they gave us a bad room and didn't give us another one!!! And we are sitting at the reception because of this hotel!!! We do not recommend it to anyone!!!!! There is no water, they treat us like animals, the hotel is from the USSR! Is it 4 stars!? It's 0! It's full of HOUSE!!! There is nothing for 3 stars here! Don't believe the photos from the hotel, you will be surprised by the truth!!!!!!
A great urban threesome across the street from the beach. It is located between the 14th and 15th beaches. Sun beds and umbrellas for money. . You can pay cheaper at the reception, they will give you a ticket, and you can get a sunbed and an umbrella on the 14th beach. They don't give beach towels, we had pareos with us for this case. The rooms are cozy, clean, the staff is very pleasant, I won't say anything about the food, we only took breakfast and never woke up to them) There is a pool with a slide, my daughter liked it there more than the sea. The location is good - a quiet side street in the center. There is a mosque nearby, but our windows overlooked the pool, morning prayers did not bother us at all. We are satisfied, I definitely recommend it!
I've read a lot of reviews, I think it's not a bad hotel to stay the night, I'm not even interested in food. I'll rent a car and drive all over Alanya in a week.
Reality:
The room is defective, once I lived in Pugachev, in a hotel for 1 thousand rubles, there were much better rooms.
A mattress washed into trash, 1 outlet for the whole room, air conditioning for money and it would be fine.... so it is older than the mammoth's bowel movements, the air flow and temperature are not regulated, and it also cracks so much that it is impossible to sleep with earplugs.
In general, friends, the hotel sucks, old, shabby and broken.
Don't come here, don't spoil your vacation
We arrived at 1 am, not only did we not offer a late dinner, there is not even water in the room, and they did not give us anywhere to pour, referring to the work of the bar until 22.00, at 2.11 minutes the man at the reception suggested walking to the store for water, they just did not give us water to drink! Everything in the room is dirty except the linen and barely breathing furniture. In general, so far, only for the poor here, but not for the amount that the tour operator offers now (very very modestly, what will happen next - I will add a review.
It's the most terrible place I've ever seen in Turkey and I hope I won't see it!!! Starting with the attitude and ending with the room itself: a broken shower, torn and stained towels, dirt and ants!!! They are being cleaned in an incomprehensible way !!!For two days, something was drilled next to our door!!! The air conditioner is poor (also for a fee), both the air supply and the temperature are not regulated!!! Positions itself as a 4*!!!! I would not put 1* …
A normal hotel, if you are looking for a place to spend the night. There is no animation from the word at all in the hotel, which made me very happy! This city hotel is suitable for those who need to spend the night, have a snack and go enjoy walks and the sea. We lived in building B. The windows overlooked the mosque and the sea. Sitting on the balcony, preferably with a glass of wine, you can enjoy the beautiful view. The room is clean, but, as already written, requires cosmetic repairs and replacement of furniture and plumbing: the faucet fell off, the shower did not hold. On the second day, these shortcomings were no longer noticed. The refrigerator was working. The breakfasts are the same every day, there are no delicacies, but they are quite edible: sausages, omelette, eggs, puff mini envelopes, grilled (or in the oven) delicious eggplant-peppers-tomatoes, cheese or something like cheese, watermelon, jams, margarine, bun. We didn't have enough yoghurts. We solved the problem by buying them in the evening at the store, and adding strawberries bought at the market to them. The hotel is next to the sea. It takes 2-3 minutes to walk from the hotel entrance to the beach. There are small grocery stores nearby. It takes about 15 minutes to stomp to the big Migros. The bus station is 7 minutes away. The city center is 15-20 minutes away. The funicular is 25 minutes away (if you go by turtles). We had breakfast and dinner included. I wrote about breakfast. Dinners: one hot dish, which is laid out on plates by the cook: it can be chicken, meat, fish (everything is delicious). I read in the reviews about the fact that they feed nuggets - I've never had it! The side dish was potato slices, rice (with pasta), baked vegetables, boiled vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower, some salads with dressing and just with herbs, watermelon, some dessert. I'm not a fan of sweets, so I can't tell if it's delicious or not. Of course, the dinners are not like in 5 stars, but it is quite possible to eat enough. Bottom line: the hotel should be considered by unpretentious tourists without any special complaints.
We had a vacation in May with our grandson. It's clean, the staff is friendly, the kitchen is not bad, but it's May, there are few people. They definitely weren't hungry. You can walk around everything, see all the sights. The sea is nearby, turtles live in the next garden, my grandson is happy. Nice hotel, I recommend it. The mosque is nearby, the mullah is singing, settle in the 2nd building😄
We stayed at the hotel in 2018. Convenient location, close to the sea. The rooms are in decent condition, the food is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We'll come again.

A very weak three.
We arrived at the hotel, we were issued a key, an air conditioner remote control and indicated which way we should go. There is no Russian-speaking staff. Everyone was looking intuitively)))))
The room is clean, the furniture is old, the air conditioner is right above our head (as a result, we were blown out). Starting at 5:30 a.m., the ascent, as prayer began, and then several times a day. There was another conde on the balcony from another room and it buzzed so that the walls shook in our room.
Meals are served three times a day from 8:30 to 10:00, from 12:30 to 13:30 and from 18:30 to 20:00. It is better to stay for 15-20 minutes, otherwise you will have to stand in line for food. The bar was open until 22:00. The food is not tasty and monotonous, there is no fruit, only melon and watermelon. Drinks include sweet soda and something like jupi in jugs. Beer and wine are made from alcohol. After 22:00, you can only drink water from the cooler or coffee and go to bed, because there is nothing to do there or go for a walk)))
Only one pool works from 10 to 18 o'clock, a slide until 16 o'clock.
There is nothing entertaining for children.
Wi-Fi works abominably.
The room was cleaned every day and conscientiously.
The cleanliness of the hotel itself leaves much to be desired.
At night, the hotel and the street are quiet.
The sea is close and clean, the beach is dirty.
We're not coming here anymore.
A cozy hotel. The rooms are clean, the pool is washed every day, I personally saw clean water and does not smell at all. The staff is polite. I spotted the beach, less than a minute to go. The beach is gorgeous. Definitely next year I will only go here
I put 3 stars only for the fact that it's a 5-minute walk to the beach, you leave the hotel and it's in the palm of your hand. This hotel is suitable for those who are only going to spend the night in a room, for everyone else, unfortunately by.
There is no appetite to eat in it, the pool is dirty and it is closed at 18 o'clock, you can not lie on a chaise longue after closing. Be careful, you may be buying a room without air conditioning. They asked me for $5 for each day, I agreed for $ 3/day
A disgusting hotel, the pool stinks of excrement and at 6 p.m. it is closed, kicked out, you can't even sit on a chaise longue in the evening. A gray-haired Turk, a boor and a rude man sits at the reception at night. The food is disgusting, they are fed the same thing and it is pasta. Come on vacation to eat pasta? Air conditioning is paid, $3 per day. We tried to prove that the air conditioning is included in the price of the tour, but we were sent to 3 letters roughly speaking. They just won't give you the remote control for the air conditioner until you pay. Therefore, in principle, we bought a duiker for 500 rubles with our money and did not pay for it. In the room itself, the beds are all collapsed in the middle. It is impossible to sleep, the room is poorly cleaned, the whole floor is covered in sand. The shower also stinks of feces. The TV is very small and shows only 1 channel and then with interference. Never set foot in this hotel again.
You can't even sit at the bar in the evening if you don't buy anything. Russians are also not allowed to invite guests. My friend from another hotel was not allowed in. For that kind of money, it's better to find a better hotel. They gave 64,000 for 10 nights, including the flight. It would be better to pay a couple thousand extra and choose another hotel.
The hotel, 2*. Upon arrival, a little after the end of dinner, they did not make a sandwich :(
The food is disgusting. Of the al. drinks, only vodka, wine and beer.
There is no difference between 3 meals a day and AL.
As a bonus, an alarm clock in the form of a mosque.
I was vacationing with an elderly mother, choosing a sandy beach and proximity to the beach. The hotel itself is not bad, the room is clean, the bathroom is at the "five" level (there is even a shelf in the shower and a screen closes tightly, so there are no puddles on the floor), the staff is hardworking and friendly (the only thing I did not like was that the floor in the dining area was washed for some reason just before dinner and it was slippery). We went to the sea, but Cleopatra beach disappointed, it is not suitable for the elderly and small children (in my opinion). Here the sand is very loose, your feet get stuck, you walk like through snowdrifts; at the entrance to the water there are stones, very rough and sharp, some vacationers stripped their feet, a stone slab follows a meter after the stones (I am not a geologist, I did not understand its origin, a local resident said that this displacement of rocks occurred after a large earthquakes), its width is about 1.2-2 meters, and it stretches almost along the entire beach. The slab was covered with slippery ooze, it was easy to slip and there was a risk of injury. Just behind the stove there is a cliff and a depth. Many adults bought slippers, lifebuoys, and kids were also seated in circles. We found a way out - we took a bus to the municipal beach, route 1 or 101 (travel 4 lira) to the stop Municipality (behind the monument to Ataturk). This is a very suitable safe place for the "old and small": fine sand, gentle sandy entrance, gradual deepening, a pleasant bonus - free sun beds and umbrellas. If we are going to Alanya again, I will choose a hotel near this beach.
Another problem faced at this hotel was that it was not always possible to relax and get a good night's sleep. In the hotel "lights out" at 22.00, the bar closes, the music turns off, BUT in the hotel opposite the disco rumbles until 24 hours and later, the closed balcony does not save. When it quiets down there, you open the balcony door to breathe in the coolness of the night, and the external unit of the NEIGHBOR's air conditioner hangs on your balcony and makes a lot of noise (our neighbors' air conditioner worked constantly), close the door, turn on your air conditioner, it is also noisy, You will fall asleep, and at 5.30 am morning prayer. After reading the reviews about the proximity of the mosque, I thought that the mullah would read by virtue of his voice, it turned out - powerful speakers for the whole neighborhood. So, I do NOT recommend this hotel to the elderly and vacationers with young children. And if you are young, healthy, and active, then it is quite an acceptable option.
from the pleasant sea nearby, there is a quiet horror in it, you can't sleep next to the mosque, the hotel is 3 rooms, there is no entertainment, boredom, the food is disgusting.
good afternoon. We returned a week ago from this hotel. We are from Kemerovo. we fly to Turkey quite often. we stayed at 5, 4, etc. this trio satisfied our desires completely. namely: everything is as it should be (there are no piles of people, queues for lunch, etc., etc.), 2 minutes to the beach, there are no intrusive "service exchanges". The hammam is provided by Bathiyar, a very decent man (but the guides try to strangle him. It is understandable. they get pennies from attracting tourists to the advertised structures. especially some Maxim from Pegasus is raging there)))). Well, the chef Ismail is generally more human. rather, he considered everyone his personal guests. I highly recommend it. I was convinced once again. that you don't have to go to big "cool" hotels. show off all this. It can be messy. but from the heart;)
I really liked the hotel, the service is at the highest level, the sea is across the street, the hotel also has 3 swimming pools, two adults and one child. The food is delicious, the room is clean. I recommend this hotel

Great hotel! The food is super. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very kind Vera, and almost immediately settled in. The hotel has 3 swimming pools (2 adults, 1 child). The beach is across the street. We went for a massage to D.Pasha, very cool! I recommend this hotel 100%!
Thank you so much for the rest! A cozy hotel, friendly and helpful staff. I liked everything from the first to the last day. We wish you prosperity and well-being.
