Horror!!
I didn't wait for coffee anywhere else. I waited 15 minutes for a cup of Americano. After being asked to calculate, I waited 11 minutes. And then I lost 16 minutes of my waiting time. The music is pleasant, but it does not compensate for the time spent!

We booked a table for a birthday for 7 people. To take the order, the waiter was caught all over the hall. I did come... 20-30 minutes later.... We accepted the order and asked to bring all the food together, because this is a situation where one person eats and others look at him. They brought an extra salad and tried to prove that it was ours. Then, they brought all the salads cleanly and to my question "where is the hot one?" - "it will be later." Why later, if I asked for everything together? "Because then the hot salad will cool down.".. is the answer normal? And what about other people who didn't order the salad?? As a result, we all sit and wait, someone is over a plate, someone is eating, and someone is watching.
They asked about desserts - "10 minutes or even faster"... 20 minutes have passed, there are still no desserts... What kind of disgusting service is this? You don't need money at all?? Don't you need clients either??
