Unorganized staff, disrespectful attitude towards customers.. we made an appointment in advance to the master for a haircut.. we arrived at the appointed time.. to which the woman (I don't know who she works for, in this institution) said without apologies that your master was making nails for himself, let me rewrite you or do you want me to try to cut your hair... disgusting
