03.09.2024 I applied to IMA auto to replace the rear hub on my 2014 Mazda 3. I would like to express my gratitude to the team for their professionalism and high-quality service! From the very first minutes, it feels like real masters of their craft are working here.

I once serviced and repaired an American here. The guys did well, they did everything efficiently, and the price tag is quite acceptable.
A little while ago, there was a problem before the trip: it was necessary to quickly change the radiator of the air conditioner. It was Saturday afternoon, and on Sunday we planned to leave early in the morning. Without much hope, I stopped by by accident, for luck. The guys not only did not refuse, but also did everything quickly and efficiently.

I arrived with an uncharacteristic malfunction. I decided myself that it was necessary to change all the components in a row. But they doubted ONE hundred percent, and advised not to hurry. They hung out and ran the car for two days, consulting with me. I already decided to change at least something and I don't care about the funds. But, thank you, you didn't give in to persuasion and really saved my money. We decided on the malfunction, but they do not do it themselves and advised a specialized service station. And what is valuable, they did not take the money with the words that they did not unscrew the bolt, we will not take the money. Yes, we raised it, listened to it, ran it around... but you don't need money. Even though I offered. Thanks guys for being honest! Good luck with your work! And to everyone - no nail, no rod!

I was pleasantly surprised!
I arrived in Lada Vesta, asked to see the suspension, as I could hear the shifting and knocking when driving through shallow pits.
The car was inspected within 20 minutes, they said that it needed to be replaced.
When asked what I owe for the diagnosis, I heard the answer: "Nothing! Diagnostics is free of charge. If you get ready for repairs, we will do everything in half a day!"
I have not yet gone to the repair itself, but for the very attitude to the client - 5 stars.

I used the tire repair service! It was done very efficiently. The rim of the disc and the tires were cleaned. What I have not seen anywhere, the edge of the disc was treated with a sealant or primer. The tire was smeared with a normal layer of grease, and not so much for visibility. I can advise you to contact us!!!
