I chartered the Luna2 boat at the end of October. I read a lot of bad reviews, but, fortunately, nothing was confirmed. The owner is quite an adequate and polite person. He and his son helped with the mooring. Of course, he was worried when I messed up at the first mooring and wound the mooring on the screw. But, the owner quickly jumped into the motorboat and fixed the situation. The boat was perfectly clean, 23 years old-fresh and beautiful. Everything works fine. The marina has a shower and toilets. Water and electricity are unlimited. It is especially convenient that the Marina has its own gas station - there is no need to queue before handing over the boat. The most interesting thing is that they asked if everything was okay with the boat, I answered yes (it's true) and immediately refunded the deposit! We haven't even checked anything. In general, it does not look like the previous reviews. I was most satisfied with this charter. I will contact you again.
An absolutely inadequate owner. My family rented a yacht for a week, and on the second day we lost one pillow. We wrote to the owner about it ourselves, we corrected the mistake ourselves. We realized that he might not be able to find it by the next charter, so we ordered two pillows (so that the color matches). As a result, we received a portion of rudeness, personal insults to the whole family. And the cherry on the cake, the owner attacked my husband. When the guys from the next boat started filming it, he started threatening a 15-year-old child!!! I do not advise contacting this company if you want your vacation to be ruined.
A small Marina, located a little further than the Edge Marina. There is a Carrefour within a 15-minute walk. There is a button on the lamppost when leaving the marina to call a taxi
There is an option not to get the boat and the money back at all. The charter boat gets fined by the Coast Guard, which means that there is something wrong with the boats.
An extremely non-customer-oriented Turkish owner, they forget to put towels in cabins and other small things*
In the presence of Russian-speaking staff, prohibits them from communicating with clients
It's not pleasant
