I'll explain:
We are not such frequent visitors - we go to the Chinatown on average once a month. It just so happens that I drink wine and always take my own. And although, unfortunately, in most restaurants there is a rule not to let us in with our drinks, we were allowed in, since we usually have a check for two or three for at least 8,000 som, plus my friends from alcoholic beverages order vodka.
And it's not even that there are no wines of the category that would suit me in this restaurant ($100-200 per bottle), but also that wine is not vodka after all, and its choice, a priori, is an order of magnitude individual.
This time (February 23, 2025), having settled down at our pre-booked table, as usual, and anticipating what we would order, the waiter came up and said that our wine was "forbidden"...
(?!)
We asked the waiter to invite the receptionist to us.
A minute later, the waiter returned and said that she (the receptionist) had told them that if they needed anything, they should come over themselves.
It's already great! We did not go into the canteen (although we had not seen such an attitude in the canteen ... at least for 40 years ...))), but into a restaurant, one of the best in Bishkek!
Well, we decided that it was not worth going into conflict, and approached the administrator for clarification.
The receptionist said she didn't have time right now! Being surrounded by waiters, she apparently taught them polite communication with customers)))
We, not understanding what to do, continued to stand side by side. After that, the receptionist glanced at us, asking - What do you need, what did you want?
In unison, it was time to answer - Get drunk!))))
But we politely explained our position on wine in the hope of a quick resolution of this misunderstanding.…
Yes, that's exactly what happened - fast! Having received a lightning-fast refusal, we asked what to do and if there was any compromise (?), to which we received a more than expressive gesture, accompanied by the same phrase corresponding to the gesture - There is a way out!
Brrrr.... It's like a bucket of slop was poured on us!
Yes, we went out, or rather it was as if we were kicked out…
We went to the Emperor on Yuzhka, where, thanks to the administrator, we were allowed our wine.… we ordered our favorite dishes and had a very good time, but the unpleasant aftertaste of visiting the "Emperor" on Ibraimov St. remained…
And from now on, before going to the restaurant, we will find out who the receptionist is on shift.
We don't want to give up the cuisine of the Emperor restaurants
, we always like everything, and it's been more than a year or two or three....
But there is a wish for the owners of the Imperator restaurants:

And not even so much as the qualities she needs as an administrator, but as just human.... after all, it doesn't matter what position you are in (cook, waiter, dishwasher) - you have to be a normal person in any job, especially when working in a team!

The service is at the lowest level, you call the waiter, but he does not come, waited for the bill for more than 10 minutes, waited for more change, too, for about 10 minutes. During all this time, the waiter only came to pick up the napkins once, because of the principle, I will not go there anymore. On the dry bath more or less.
Delicious, excellent service, but please specify the output of the dishes or warn about the size when ordering, they ate too much, taking 1 dish per person.

I liked the restaurant, I even want to visit it again! The service and atmosphere are at the highest level...ordering dishes from the menu is delicious.
