I share my negative experience of interacting with this developer and this Imperial club city facility. In June 2023, we saw an advertisement for this construction site and decided to go to the sales office where we were well received and told about the facility. Indeed, everything is beautiful and high-quality at first glance, we decided to try and invest the accumulated investments, because we promised growth in foreign currency up to 30% per annum. They also promised, if necessary, almost an instant exit from the investment with the added value accumulated during this period. As the manager said, "just write to me in WhatsApp, I will take the task to work and implement your object at any stage." Everything sounded convincing and we invested. After 7-8 months, I had to move to another country for work, and after thinking about it, we decided to close the investment as described in the contract, it is very expensive to go to accept, repair and sell it. Arriving in Tashkent and going to the same manager, we talked about our need, the manager waved her head saying yes, they took us to work and we left Tashkent with a calm soul. After a couple of weeks, I write to the manager again saying there is movement, and in response there is silence. I'm calling, there is no clear answer, they say, communicate with the director, I can't help you in any way. What!? After talking with the director Safarov R., it turns out that some kind of registry, suddenly formed, became closed, and it is impossible to sell the object in construction. That's what the management decided. No one told us anything about it, it was just the way the management decided. And even if we find a client ourselves, for some reason we cannot sell to him, the developer forbids us to do this. Of course, I'm in shock, they say, how is that? why wasn't I warned, there is no clear answer again. I ask if you have problems with the construction site? there is no answer ... They say the following, if you want to get out of the deal, terminate the contract, and take back what you have deposited in the Amounts. But I paid out of dollars, changed them and transferred them to an account in Som. In general, about minus 10-13% over this period, since the Uzbek dollar is very much devalued. We wrote to cancel, we are waiting, it turns out that the refund will be in 90 days. that is, they spin money as it is convenient for them. Yes, you can go to court, which also requires both strength and money, and it is not yet a fact that it will side with an ordinary person. In general, I want to warn you against investing in this facility, they speak smoothly, and then they just change the conditions as they please. If you want to buy for yourself, it's probably OK, but if a couple of "mountain investors" like us go to court, the developer will obviously not be sweet.
