We have stayed here several times and the location is very central within Minsk, and the staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. I would recommend it to anyone and will continue to return.
Previously, the hotel was much better! I chose this hotel because of the interior, the beautiful veranda, the excellent location and the high-quality service. Now, everything is different with the service. I booked the hotel for the weekend in advance (27.09 to 29.09). Due to family circumstances, my husband could not come with me and I contacted the hotel IN ADVANCE with a request to reschedule my booking dates for the next weekend. To which I heard utter nonsense! The reception specialist began to claim that she had discussed this situation with the hotel's sales department, where they refused my request. But when I asked for the reason for the refusal, the answer was that it was a confidential secret! That's it. I think this is not a service and just plain ugly towards a customer who has been staying at this hotel for several times.
In the end, we went so as not to lose money. There is a nice smiling girl at the reception, the rooms are clean. There is no staff to help with heavy suitcases. Breakfasts are as usual as possible. I was terribly hungry and after the accommodation I ran to the restaurant at the Catch Hotel. They refused to serve me there, saying that they had a banquet and they didn't have time to prepare a salad for me. It's also a big joint... not in favor of the service. In general, by some miracle I managed to place an order in the room in a couple of hours. I waited for my salad and bruschetta for almost two hours. All this time, I called the restaurant and clarified the information on my order, to which they told me every time, "I'll call you back." I believe that if a restaurant does not have time for hotel guests, it somehow needs to be warned in advance, or in general, not to cooperate with the hotel. Pros: the waiter girl who brought the food to the room is very nice and pleasant, the food is incredibly delicious, the alcohol is on top.
If it wasn't for the restaurant's food and pleasant waiters, I would have given the hotel 3 stars.
Nice hotel in the center of Minsk. Clean, beautiful, air conditioning, TV, decent bed and bathroom. knot. There is a parking lot and its own restaurant. For a buffet breakfast - 900 Russian rubles per person. The restaurant has a digital Internet menu. Everything can be paid with a Mir card. It is a pity that the hotel does not have a normal refrigerator (there is nowhere to put perishable food and cool beer). The staff is good. You need to get used to the electromagnetic lock in the room. All the electrics in the room work if the key card is inserted into a special "socket" located to the right of the entrance.
