We did repairs in stages, all stretch ceilings were ordered from this company.There were nuances in the work, but everything was solved. There is still work in the bathroom. The manager has arrived. The cost, including lamps similar in other rooms in our apartment, was announced at 295p, without them 285p.We had lamps, so the contract indicated the cost of 285 rubles, which I later regretted. When the installer arrived, it turned out that our lamps were not suitable, he called the manager and announced the cost of ± 70p for 2 lamps and 2 light bulbs to the original cost.In a regular store, the retail cost of this lamp is 16-21 rubles, the cost of a light bulb is 2 rubles, from where the amount of 70 rubles appeared.It remains unclear.In addition, when previous contracts were concluded, they gave flyers for discounts of 7%, but they said this does not apply to this order, because since the room area is small, they can put 10 rubles on the phone (of course, no one did this). There are no questions about installation in the bathroom.
P.S. I would like the conditions for the formation of the cost of work to be more transparent.

An advertisement popped up in the company's Instagram, I think let them come and calculate.As everywhere, the measurement is free.I warned that I did not know whether I would order or not, since there was no elementary concept of how, where and in what quantity to make the backlight, which significantly affects the price.The measurement time was agreed upon.A young, pleasant man, Eduard, arrived.We discussed all the points and nuances.I warned that a measurement was also scheduled for another company the next day, not understanding the current quality and prices, I decided for myself - I would see what was offered elsewhere.Of course, Edward had to make a discount-of course, to take the order.We concluded a contract just in case, so that we would not go a second time, which, again, does not oblige us to anything.After the second measurement, I realized that I was ordering from the Imperial.A couple of days later, we called back, clarified whether everything was in force, whether we were putting it to work or not.On the phone at the last moment - the day before the installation, Anastasia and the logistician made serious changes in the footage and location of the floating lines, although it seemed to me that this was problematic.Okay, everything is according to plan-installation day.Two young guys arrived - Pasha and Artyom.Special thanks to them. Respect.They are equipped to the teeth.It's hard to say what they didn't have.Each of the guys knows their job 200 percent.Quickly, Efficiently-not just to do it, harmoniously, beautifully.

They refused to change it, I'm too lazy to take it, then it's not in stock, after 30 minutes of swearing, it appears in the warehouse and it's brought.The work was not completed to the end. And they took the second part of the money promising to do everything.They only promised to do it from 27.06, and today it's already 02.07.
And they promised to call again on Monday. And I need to adjust to them again.
