They ordered a monument in the Granite Empire. They helped with the choice, made it on time and installed it, for which I thank them.But the unpleasant aftertaste remained. In the photo, the artist drew clothes that did not suit us without approval. Before the monument was installed in the office, we were told that the monument would not be shown to you in the workshop. The guys in the workshop showed the monument without any problems, removed the flaws in the photo and were surprised that they did not provide us with a sketch of the monument. The office said that the sketch is only for a granite monument, as it is more expensive. And also, when delivering in the region, specify the conditions in detail. We were charged 50,000 for 100 km, explaining that it might not be possible to install a monument at a time and we would have to go 2 times. The monument was erected in one day. But they took the money in full, explaining that there were two cars. But it's not our problem that the standard order didn't fit into one car. We called the installers, they said there was one car, but then they got sand. When ordering a monument from this organization, specify all the details so that there will be no misunderstandings later.
