The contract has a 25-year warranty and no clarifications, according to the representative, the warranty for light is 2 years, there is not a word about this in the contract. As a result, a specialist was invited from the outside, opening the ceiling they found that the backlight units were installed with the wrong power.

12/13/2020 I had a ceiling made all over the house. Everything was fine until the canvas breaks appeared in the very center of the ceiling at the place where the light line ends (as seen in the photo). Now I have two black holes growing in my living room (a wonderful addition to the spotless white ceiling). It is beyond repair. Only the replacement of the canvas. In my case, this is 35 m2 of canvas. For money, approximately 1,000 rubles. And the most interesting thing (the reason for which such a low rating) is NOT a WARRANTY CASE. Ie, when employees of this organization tell you about a 10-year warranty on the ceiling, you need to understand what is at stake. In the contract, a guarantee is given for the rupture of welds, which I do not have. If the canvas breaks like mine, save for a new ceiling or (this is the advice of a specialist of this organization) - glue the "moment" with glue, obviously for centuries. I do not advise you to contact these comrades. Even high-level specialists make mistakes, which is why there is a guarantee. But she's not here.
It was written above that the organization does not have a terminal. I'll say more: they don't have a cash register either - they take cash very boldly. However, this is a matter for the competent authorities.

In general, I want to share my "impressions". We needed a ceiling for the kitchen. Several companies were called, as measurements are free everywhere. As a result, a measurer arrived and counted twice as many as the previous two companies. I immediately said it was expensive. Then they started calling me from this organization and dropping the price. It really confused me that the price of 280 rubles for the kitchen is a lot, other companies called the price 180 rubles. Then the girl from the company said that they could do it for 180 rubles. The question is, why did they name 280 rubles, and then 180 rubles? They wanted to fool the client for 100 rubles. I do not recommend this company. As a result, I made a ceiling in another company, without dust and dirt, and I was very satisfied.
