09/17/2021 at about 15:30 I came to pick it back up. The iron was given out by a young woman. And you know, I haven't seen such audacity and rudeness for a long time. I handed over a clean, washed iron, and I got an iron back with a dirty sole and caked rust. To my reasonable question: "What is it? Did I give you a clean iron?" I received a sharp response from the woman who gave out the iron: "Don't you have a rag at home!!!". Next, I was provided with an inarticulate "technical inspection report", from which only one thing was clear – the repair was not guaranteed. And what exactly is broken and how much the repair will cost – the master was too lazy to write. After a few minutes of conversation with a woman working in the service center, it was as if they did me a favor and called a short male foreman. The master turned out to be no better than the woman who gave the iron and immediately began with accusations: "What water they poured, they got! The repair is not guaranteed!" And you can say all this more politely or, if you are too lazy, write it in the act. A very strange attitude towards customers in the official service center of a fairly large Philips company.
