We had a rest at the hotel for my husband's anniversary! December 2021 The flight was from Kazan, direct. I really liked the hotel! The room is large and spacious with a huge bed. The linen is snow-white! Bathrobe, slippers, soap accessories, everything, as expected in a category 5 hotel. Towels were changed every day, and the room was cleaned daily. We gave our clothes to the laundry after the trip, washed, ironed everything quickly and cleanly! And at the same time inexpensive.... There are towels on the beach. There are a lot of sun loungers, there is enough space for everyone. A beach bar with drinks. Food for 5+ red fish, grilled fish steaks, shrimps, lobsters, fruits, juices, confectionery and much more. Everything is very fresh and delicious. There are burgers in front of the beach and pizza. Very tasty mojito 👍 The assortment is huge! We had a Premium, plus our own pool, our own small restaurant where you can have a snack and our own beach, mushrooms over straw sun beds! The territory is green and beautiful! 4 A la carte restaurants, Italian, Japanese and two more! Japanese dishes are prepared in front of you. It's all like some kind of spectacle where the cook cooks seafood quickly, like a juggler. There was a restaurant with an ocean view, we had breakfast there with waffles with different fillers. The service is beyond praise. There was a surprise with a cake and congratulations with music for the anniversary! Very nice! We visited the hammam. By 5+ Internet access throughout the hotel, including the beach! The ocean is a separate topic👍👍😉 It's just a gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean, the color of azure water. You just can't take your eyes off! We were in winter, the sea was not stormy, we swam every day. The staff is friendly, but a little slow... there is animation too. Live music in the evenings, cocktails are made. We got to their "New Year" Santa Claus literally came down from the mountains by helicopter, with gifts for children. No one was left out, not deprived. At the same time, there was live music right on the beach. The location is good, next to the hotel we took buses to the shopping center. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Would you come back again!? Probably yes, but the price is now for two people in it for 500 thousand , It's ridiculous to say, but in December 2021, with departure from Kazan for 12 nights, we snatched a tour for 150 thousand I am very glad and happy that I visited this particular hotel! Beautiful beach, beautiful ocean, no complaints about the room in building 23. The only drawback is that the staff at the premium buffet is very slow, you always have to ask and wait for cutlery. They hardly speak English.

Hello everyone! We stayed at the hotel from November 20 to December 1. The territory is huge and very well maintained (mini Botanical Garden), the ocean was beautiful!, the water is warm, the excitement is playful (there are small waves)for me, this is a plus, I like to swing on the waves), a room with a view of the ocean and the pool, not New, but everything works and there is no aversion to mud. The service is very slow!, there is a lot of food in the restaurant, but it is mostly not all delicious!!! to eat fruit or drink fresh, just for the opening of the restaurant. Guides are just sellers of excursions, at inflated prices. A total of four. I read a review where it says about the bar in the room, in my case everything was replenished, and for an extra dollar, they put everything in excess.
