I bought Epica paint at the Impulse professional cosmetics store on Zheltoksan-Gogol.
Firstly, she gave a severe allergic reaction. Fortunately, suprastin 2 injections were at home!, and prednisolone (hormonal ointment) had to be smeared on the face, neck, decollete area, in general, almost the entire body.
Secondly, the paint instead of the declared tone gave a result of 3!!! The tones are darker!!! Instead of 8, I got 5 (according to their palette). Now you have to do the flushing.
Thirdly, they refused to refund money for unused goods (and I, fearing quarantine, bought more than one package), although they agreed with all my claims. They also did not agree to change the unused paint for a flush. They say - buy))))
I am shocked by the paint, I am shocked by the "professional" store, shocked by the consultants, the manager Daniyar (if my memory does not fail me), and the store director Ilyara is generally an elusive character, encrypted))))
Okay, the hair, but an allergic reaction, which was not completely removed by 2 injections of suprastin and prednisone - this is just no matter what the framework.
