A great option for a stopover. There was a transfer in Yerevan for almost a day.
Of the advantages:
Not far from the center, quiet street, rooms are clean and comfortable, checked in earlier than the specified time without any problems.
If you need to pass the time, I recommend it!

Nice administrators. Three times they gave us a room of a higher class for the same money as a regular double room. For the first time, because there was a problem with the pipes in the booked room. And the second and third times are just like that, out of kindness.
Overall, the rooms are quite nice, with beds, carpet, clean bathroom and good hot water pressure. It's a bit chilly, but it's always like this in Yerevan in winter. The air conditioner is running for heating, but you can switch it to a quiet mode at night. Responsive administrators.

The hotel is tired, the rooms require renovation and major cleaning (preferably 2 times and with soap).
The location is not bad, in 10-15min you can walk to a shop, cafe.
Cold. Heating is only by air conditioning (if you go in winter, think about it), dries the air and makes noise all night.
Bedding has survived for generations. The recommendation to the admin is to buy new ones, and not to darn and ignore the holes.

We lived in NOVEMBER in a three-bed room. It's very warm. Heating is only by air conditioning. We didn't need to.
There are no problems with water. Quiet enough. The linen is excellent, the beds are soft. The TV is full of applications. Tea, kettle and glasses are in the room. There are washing facilities, including toothbrushes and slippers.
The sweetest girl at the reception allowed us to choose a room, and not take what they give. Thank you so much to her!
One of the disadvantages is that there is no ceiling lighting. Just a sconce and a floor lamp.

The main advantage of this hotel is the staff. Very good-natured, responsive, sociable. They helped with an earlier check-in, suggested the main tourist routes in the city, helped with a suitcase to take to a taxi. That's a five-plus.
About the hotel - it is quite conveniently located, easy to walk to the center (about 15 minutes), affordable price. There are shops nearby. It takes about 25 minutes by car from the airport.
The room had everything you needed - a comfortable bed, wardrobe, refrigerator, water, toiletries.
What I didn't like was the bright night lighting under the window, the noise from the road - police sirens, dirty walls in the room and a complete lack of cleaning for 6 days of stay. I didn't know where the day was going. The towels were not changed. I myself, in principle, usually live neatly in hotels, but at least taking out the trash and wet cleaning would not hurt.

Scammers!!!!! I booked a room through Booking, they confirmed my reservation and a little later wrote to what's app and said that there were no available rooms and offered another hotel very far from the center, and much worse! I refused. I looked at booking an hour later and these rooms were still available for booking.

The location is not bad, it takes 10 minutes to get to the center, but the road under the windows was in our way, it was a bit noisy, we slept in earplugs. The room is tiny, there is nowhere really to put a suitcase, but at the same time it is comfortable, everything is there. The bed linen and towels are good. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast of 4000 drams per person seemed too expensive for us, we did not take it. In general, it's not a bad option for the money.

We do not recommend booking for all dates right away. It is best to check compliance with expectations upon arrival. It was cold, mediocre (someone else's hair in bed, dirty in the bathroom)
In addition, it is quite humid, and had to be ventilated often.

The rooms are clean, the cleaning is excellent, the staff is polite and friendly. There are all hygiene products, convenient location! I'm shooting a star for terrible breakfasts! Don't take it! Sausages are served not boiled, just immersed in warm water, there is always something missing (although you can keep track of this, I conclude that the workers are not coping with their work!) there is very little assortment.
I recommend the hotel itself!

I booked a hotel through Booking. The reservation was from August 7 to August 9. I sent a request that check-in on August 8th at 5 a.m. They approved it and wrote to me that "they will be waiting." I arrive in Yerevan with my 4-year-old daughter, arrive at the hotel and ... the receptionist says that there are no available rooms. I was refused check-in with a confirmed reservation. Because of this situation, my 4-year-old daughter and I were left "on the street". I had to book another hotel urgently. Terrible hotel. If you don't want to stay outside, DON'T BOOK!
