I do stretching at this center. Janelle's coach. I am very glad that I have found a professional in my field, whom I can trust one hundred percent! Her exercises are very effective! For several months of classes, I see and feel the result! As a mother of four children, I had a lot of problems with my posture, back, and lower back, and women will understand.😃 While studying with Janelle, I actually forgot about my back problems.
