I do stretching at this center. Janelle's coach. I am very glad that I have found a professional in my field, whom I can trust one hundred percent! Her exercises are very effective! For several months of classes, I see and feel the result! As a mother of four children, I had a lot of problems with my posture, back, and lower back, and women will understand.😃 While studying with Janelle, I actually forgot about my back problems. It's a very dirty studio. The heels remain black after the gym, there is no shoe rack at the entrance, and they do not take off their shoes inside. 2 stars just because of a good yoga coach!
