They didn't file properly and as soon as I came home, the nails clung and chipped. I went to the master of the TOP Lily, although how can you call her a master? The salon administrator was also against me doing my design, they say that I did not ask for black color on the cameras))) I wonder how they understood this if I was given to choose only from light shades and that's all that could be seen on the cameras. The admin also replied that the nails SHOULD differ in length and shape and everything is normal. Non-spread varnish - this is exactly how it should be on only two nails)))) Don't go there for anything

I was a regular customer of this salon, I fell in love with the wonderful master Anastasia in this salon, but due to poor organization and administration, I decided not to visit this salon anymore. The first situation is:
I make an appointment with the master in advance, on the day of recording I come from the night shift and, as a responsible client, I go to the salon in time, then the salon calls me and says that the master is ill and the recording is being removed, it turns out that the master was ill for several days, the salon knew that the employee was more likely not to come out and it is necessary will correct the recordings notifies me 10 minutes before the recording of their decision to remove the recording. At the same time, I am already going to their salon in a taxi, no one has covered these expenses for me. The recording was postponed to the next day. Although I signed up almost a month in advance for a specific date that I NEEDED. Okay, I turned a blind eye to it, it happens, everything happens.
Situation two: the same thing happened to my mother, the master himself warned me in a personal conversation that she would not be there, I took off my record in advance (I do not control my mother's records), but the salon, knowing at least 4 days in advance that the master would not be there, warns my mother about canceling her appointment with an employee a day before the recording itself and the salon confronted her mother with the fact. There will be no master, the record for tomorrow is not valid, you can come today in half an hour for nails, it feels like the salon thinks that their visitors are doing what they are doing, sitting doing nothing and just waiting for their indulgence and writing on nails. I got mad, I already wrote to them on Instagram that this is not the case and what kind of system they have, leaving a person without a choice. Either you are left without nails, or you arrive in 30 minutes to an Unknown master. The salon reacted to my words simply with emoticons "😊", instead of a normal constructive response, later they called my mother back and appointed a master the next day. You won't believe it, the salon didn't stop there.
Situation three:
When I found out that the aforementioned master was leaving, I signed up with a master who also impressed me, I saw his work, I knew her skill in working with nails. During the day, the salon calls me, I'm at work, I couldn't pick up the phone right away, I make a beep, the beeps don't go away, I already write them a message on my own that I confirm the recording, that I will, and they tell me "and our recording is not confirmed, the master is ill, we can offer another master for tomorrow" and they offer a time frame that is NOT CONVENIENT for ME. I am a person who constantly works, my days off are scheduled by the hour, of course I start to get indignant and say that it is not convenient for me, but because of the shifts in the service, I transferred the material and damaged my nails, so I actually had no choice. The salon surprisingly washed its hands of them again, the bribes are smooth, I won't come to the recording, okay, it's not convenient for me, okay. They don't have any loyalty system. I couldn't find a new master in another salon with the time frame that I had planned a MONTH before the recording. When I asked for an example of the work of the master that they offer me, they replied that this was the new master of the salon, as if it gave me something . They were also amused by the message "We hope this is the last time". I arrived on time for the appointment, half an hour before the appointment, they notify me that the master is late, they do not call on the phone, but write on Instagram, as if I update this instagram 24/7 and am just waiting for their message, I read their message when I was already going to them, although I could still solve things for 20 minutes longer. As a result, the master sat down to do my nails 20 minutes later, all this time I was wandering around the salon and down the street next to the salon. I sat down in the chair to the master at 14:20. I went out, you won't believe it, at 18:00))). I did the removal of old material, one extension, strengthening, and a minimal design with a pot on 4 nails (right hand and left hand with 2 nails each). I liked the master, a good girl, but I'm not so lazy and high-strung as to spend half a day on nails. The previous master did my nails for at least an hour less and with great request, there I had repairs due to peeling, and the design on more fingers, and different nail polishes. Something like that.
I visit a salon, and do not do my nails at home by myself, because I want to get a high-quality service, at a time when it is convenient for me and to the master whom I have chosen. Yes, we are all living people, we tend to get sick, leave, but it all happens not in one day. If the disease is such a thing, then the departure of the master from the city does not happen in 1 day, it was known about it at least 4 days in advance. The salon broadcasts its immense love for customers on Instagram, they spend Georgian days, but in my experience, the salon is absolutely indifferent to the comfort of the client, respect for personal time is the BASE. There is nothing more valuable than time, so I will change this salon and advise the rest, do not rely 100% on this salon)
