I'm evaluating the delivery. We ordered it twice - good sushi arrived. I left reviews on Instagram, they immediately respond, respond.
The last time we waited 2.5 hours for sushi (promised 1:20). No one apologized, they didn't even call, we had to find out for ourselves what was going on with the order.
But in the end, the fish was tasteless, as if it was about to run out of time.
This time, no one responded to the review on Instagram, although they read it)
Sushi in the center, who will not respond to you for a bad review and apologize for their shoals.
I won't order any more there, thanks for the "service".

05/28/2020 in the evening, a delivery order was placed on the website. After about 10 minutes, the operator contacted me to confirm the order. At 18:29, the call was completed with the confidence that in an hour 30- hour 40 we will enjoy a delicious set. After waiting two hours, we decided to contact the operator and clarify how soon the delivery will be. As a result of several calls, long and confusing searches for our order, ridiculous excuses and explanations, we were offered a 50% discount and delivery of this set in an HOUR! At the time of making this ingenious decision, 2 hours and 40 minutes had passed. The desire to wait and still try the overseas delicacies is gone. We canceled the order, the evening was ruined. Maybe your rolls are really delicious, but the organization of the work is DISGUSTING. I will not repeat this mistake again and will not order from now on.
