The staff is excellent, but it is extremely annoying that I came to the pub, but I listen to karaoke of an incomprehensible content.

There are many specialty shops, a market and many buildings on this street. Polyclinic and passport office.   There are two restaurants with excellent cuisine on this street, and public transport is quite dense.
