The best service I've ever met. Everything was done very quickly and for convenience in one window. Even on Saturday, they gave out a large sum without any problems

I came, took the number, waited, it lit up on the scoreboard, but that employee already had another client. When the employee finished with him, the next number lit up, and in the end I was stupidly not served. Half an hour of wasted time for the second day in a row. The day before, the department decided not to work at all, although there is not a word about it on the website.

Отличное отделение. Компетентные, вежливые и очаровательные сотрудницы. Свободно говорят по-русски. Выдали нужные справки. Проконсультировали про переводы, связавшись с бэк-офисом по возможности транзакции на конкретный банк РФ.
