Impressions are rather negative. There is such a function as recording online by time. However, this does not solve much. I signed up, arrived on time, but still had to wait 15 minutes for the call, even though the windows were free. To become a client of the bank, it was necessary to register online, but for 3 days in a row there were problems with the server, the web version gave an error and the number was blocked. And if without online registration, then it costs money. It is not clear why. It seems like the bank should be interested in you becoming their client, but it turns out that you are not. Please note that I am talking about becoming a bank customer, not about issuing a card
