Good evening. I want to leave my review about Infinity Beach Hotel 4*. I had a vacation in July 2024 with my daughter and sister. After reading various reviews, we decided to take a chance and fly to this hotel. And they almost didn't regret it. We were delighted with everything. The hotel itself is not big, there is only one building, but everything is clean, well-groomed territory, the staff is friendly, everyone is smiling, responsive. The owners of the hotel are attentive, they meet all their guests, escort them to their rooms, explain everything. The food is very tasty, the food is varied, you will not stay hungry. Everything is fresh, delicious, lots of fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, porridge, sweets. Alcohol is not diluted, beer is fresh, wines are delicious, we did not drink more intoxicating drinks. My daughter really liked cola, fanta. The pool is clean, there are a lot of sun beds, there is a wonderful slide. There was no animation in the hotel, but that's okay. In the evening, you can walk to the park, there are cafes, a club, shops, pharmacies, etc. and all this is nearby. There is a cafe in the hotel itself, it works late, music is playing, there is alcohol. I would like to thank the owners of the hotel, especially Ali, the kindest person, the entire hotel staff, the chefs for the delicious food, the chef-decorator - for the delicious decoration of the dishes, the waiters, the maids. We arrived on vacation on July 8, 2024, we liked everything, met immediately, settled on the 5th floor with a view of the sea and the pool, went to lunch, a lot of salads, sweets, the hot was delicious, the grill was chicken and fish, fruits (watermelon, melons, apples, oranges), the bar worked, poured red and white wine, coffee machine, tea area are working. Beer is poured at the pool bar, and everyone has tried cocktails. The disco is open until 22:00, then the bar is open for a fee. The rooms are clean, towels were changed every day, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the TV had 20 channels, mostly Turkish TV series. The sea is nearby, shops and pharmacies are also located near the hotel, shopping centers and markets are a 10-minute walk away, the territory is clean, the pool is cleaned every morning. The main thing is not to think about the bad, but to enjoy the sea, the sun and the beautiful view. Thanks a lot to everyone.

Hotel review *Infinity Beach Hotel *****
I strongly do not recommend considering this hotel for a vacation. Let's start in order.
The hotel grounds seem nice at first, but don't be fooled by your first impressions. There is a bar on site where you can get various juices and regular water from a self-service vending machine. However, the juices are only powder mixtures that barely resemble the real taste. As for the bar itself, beer is poured into disposable plastic cups, and you will have to take ten pieces at once to somehow quench your thirst. Any drink, whether it's a cocktail or wine, is also served in these small disposable glasses.
Now about the pool. It is small, only 1.4 meters deep. There is a mini slide that is open only during limited hours: from 11:00 to 11:30 and from 12:00 to 12:30. Swimming in such a pool is unlikely to work, and the slide also does not bring much pleasure.
The rooms look acceptable, but the quality of the equipment leaves much to be desired. The feeling that all items, from furniture to appliances, are disposable and can break at any moment. The food in the restaurant is monotonous and completely tasteless. If there are more than four of you, you will have to sit at different tables, since it is forbidden to combine tables, making a remark and asking to put everything back in place. The Internet at the hotel is paid and very slow; it is better to immediately purchase a tourist SIM card for $ 40.
Animals on the territory are a separate problem. They defecate anywhere, and they are not always cleaned up.
The sea will not please either. The water is quite dirty, the sewer flows directly into the sea, creating unpleasant conditions for swimming. Although it is still possible to swim, this is clearly not the place where you want to spend time on the beach.
The only plus is the staff. Mostly young and friendly people, but, unfortunately, their efforts do not save the situation. Overall, the hotel leaves an extremely negative impression and I would not recommend staying here.

We visited this hotel in early July. This is the first time in Alanya. We read a lot of bad reviews and prepared for the worst, but we liked everything. The hotel is beautiful. Located in the center. There are many shops and a market nearby. There are a lot of cats in the hotel, but they didn't bother us.
The usual food: fish, chicken, vegetables, cheese. Watermelons, melons, oranges, apples. We were not hungry.
The beach has its own, although small, but there have always been places. There is only water and drinks on the beach.
There was no animation in the hotel, but we didn't need it.
We were settled on the 5th floor with a sea view. The room is good. There is a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. Cleaning every day. Towels were changed every day. Bed on the third day.
Wi-Fi is paid, but very bad. We didn't use it.

"Strict regime holidays"
That's what I called my stay in this place. I understood that this was a budget option, but I thought that the problem with cats was exaggerated and the sea would smooth everything out. But, alas!!!! Cats are everywhere in the hotel, they smell very strongly! I was unlucky.:they settled on the 1st floor, where the seals do their business right under the doors of the guest rooms, which the owners apparently do not respect at all. Requests to clean up after the cats were answered:"whatever you want, these are animals." I had to watch "mouth-watering still lifes" while going to breakfast. There was a terrible smell in the room until the bathroom was cleaned twice, the air conditioner was on/off and barely worked.The room is so-so:tired enough and like in a cheap roadside motel. The answer to all complaints is: "there's the sea, what else is needed."And you will not enjoy the sea either, because the beach area of 1 * 1 m is all dirty, no one cleans it, garbage is in the sea near the shore, the equipment is poor, umbrellas are broken, mattresses are dirty, and a manhole in addition! The food is scarce, but no one has been poisoned! This is a plus! Alcohol until 22:00 strictly, with a queue behind it, because when there is a meal in the dining room, you can't drink something at the bar, even coffee. You can't sit on the sun loungers by the pool in the evening, you can't take a glass to the room, you can't move, etc. The hotel is for one time! Definitely, I do not recommend it! It is better to postpone the trip, borrow, but not spend your money and nerves on it!

I was vacationing at this hotel with my daughter. The room was cleaned systematically, the linen was changed once every three days. The food is edible, but monotonous. In short, there are no four stars there. Alcoholic drinks are not intoxicating in the bar. Either diluted or not alcohol at all, although the bartender is very friendly and helpful. If you like high-quality alcohol, take it with you. The hotel has its own beach 150 meters away. There is no animation. The child had nothing to do. It's good that we met the guys from the Jamal Celentano tour desk near the hotel, who decorated our vacation with their tours at an affordable price. And, by the way, we connected free WI-FI, which is a paid service at the hotel.

I will be honest in this review and please note that this is purely my opinion about this hotel. The hotel level is a solid 3* hotel. There is little variety in food, the room background is worn out, the Internet is paid everywhere, a small coastline with sun loungers. But there are advantages. A large number of hotel cats and friendly staff. A friendly and caring host. We did not like the original room and the next day we were moved without additional payment.
The hotel does not meet the stated level of stars and cost. But nearby hotels are much more expensive.

A GREAT VACATION!
I've been preparing a trip to Turkey for a long time. Before that, we passed Okurjalar, Avsalar, Turkler. We used to go to Konakly 5 times, in different hotels and in fives and fours. In terms of money, Timo was much more expensive this year and after reading the reviews, looking at the map of the area, I chose the Infinity Beach Hotel. Negative, creepy reviews have not impressed me for a long time, often it's either taste or there's something wrong with people.
The flight - TurkishAirlines - has a very positive effect on our people. Everyone is sitting still and not being rude. Without delay, it's great.
We arrived at the hotel at 8.30 am - we immediately did a light stimulation of the reception, went for breakfast and 30 minutes later received a beautiful room on the 4th floor with a view of the sea and on the right to the Konakli mosque.
Stories about the stink of cats are exaggeration and nonsense. There are cats, they are everywhere in Turkey in hotels and on the streets like in Istanbul (we also have them In St. Petersburg) although I have never been a cat person, there are no inconveniences.
Alcohol - there is always beer, vodka, raki, gin. Ali and Mohammed always poured everything, but the hotel is not for Tagil, so it will be boring here. The beach is 400 meters to the left, the entrance is pebbles, we had corals. Beach boy did well, a polite cool guy, did everything he needed to do. On the right is the pier of the Bashkent quarter, we went there a couple of times.
Food as usual - fish, chicken, lots of vegetables. Great soups. Watermelons, melons, apples,
Room cleaning - they always left either a dollar or lira, after two to the third they changed the bed linen and towels every day. Cleaners are positive aunts.
Animation is not there, but we definitely didn't need it. On the contrary, in the evening there is no noise, drunkenness and other delights.
On Wednesdays, there is a vegetable market in Konakli - cherries, strawberries, apricots - of excellent quality and price. There is a pharmacy on the right of the hotel, everything you need to eat, but it is not the cheapest, if you walk to the clock tower and turn left on the road, there will be another pharmacy and it is cheaper.
The hostess of the hotel is an aunt, she pours drinks at lunch, she is very positive. The reaction to some small requests is immediately reacted to.
We bought up, took bus No. 4 ourselves to the Red Fortress, went rafting on the Kepryuchai River, went to the Khanzade hammam - it is a 5-minute walk from the hotel towards Alanya. Everything is fine in it, but vigilance is our friend - in the middle of the massage there will be a divorce for an additional massage for $ 30. I just have to say calmly and confidently that I don't want additional services. You can choose a massage therapist - a boy or a girl. Vouchers should be taken only to the right of the hotel - tour operators are exactly 2 times more expensive.

Of the 9 trips, Turkey is the worst naga. Never, under any hypnosis and persuasion of tour operators, agree to go to this "hotel", or rather to this bottom. Even if you don't have enough money, it's better to borrow, reschedule, postpone the trip for next year, but don't come!
From Moscow for 160 thousand for 12 days. We arrived in early July. We checked in right away, the room is not bad, the door in the shower did not close, but there is enough space in the room. And the man is Ali's helper, a wonderful and very hardworking man. The hotel is located in the center of Kanakla and it is convenient to go out for a walk in the evening.
That's all, then it's just a hell of a mess. People who write positive reviews are either not adequate, or they do it for money, or they have not seen anything decent in this life at all. Everything is inedible, I could only take eggs for breakfast, which now I can't look at. Porridges are very sweet or even some kind of nonsense like corn in milk. For lunch, there was meat 2 times, otherwise only the insides, which I do not eat, all the soups were suffering from heartburn, and there was no thick in them at all. The same dinners. We wrote off with pasta and rice (it always was). I ate at the Mac across the street and bought bars at the store next door.
The first days before lunch were by the pool, then Turkish Gypsies arrived, about 20 people, occupied it, shouted wherever they appeared, the pool became opaque on the second day, of course, they did not swim in it for a single minute more. But all this can be tolerated. But the beach ......everything is in steers, umbrellas, no matter how you put them, after 10 minutes it's all in the sun again. The approach to the sea is steep, then tolerable. But the sea itself was terrible, there was some garbage floating inside, small cut plastic, pieces of bags, plastic cups, the biggest disappointment was the sea. You can still live without food, a pool, and animators, because you're going swimming, but nothing turned out to be pleasant here either.
As a result, it is disgusting by all accounts. I don't advise anyone, ever, for any money, just look for other options, but not here.

The Wi-Fi is just terrible and paid, and it doesn't catch in the rooms. They turned it off specifically to save traffic, they had to come up 2-3 times a day to be connected. And I also noticed that the bartender was washing disposable glasses and refilling the cocktail and beer. The sea is very dirty, bottles, bags, and even condoms were floating. It's just a tin can. The territory of the hotel is very small. 1 communal pool (smooth transition from 1.25 to 1.40) and a very small "paddling pool" for kids. The water in the pools is very warm, especially in the children's pool.
The water slide was rarely turned on.
Of the cons: there are no tubes with "soap and snout". Shampoo diluted with water in the shower, in a soap dispenser. Soap on the sink in the dispenser.
Wi-Fi is paid. I don't remember the cost. Connected for 1 day-no speed. We bought a SIM card. The safe is paid. We didn't need him. They quietly left their gadgets/wallet in the room. A beach towel for a deposit. You hand over the towel at the end of the vacation-the deposit is returned. The sea is close. There are no roads to cross through the crossings. The hotel has a very small territory by the sea. There is a barely alive tent from the hotel where you can get drinks.
This is not the first time we have been to this village and we are well oriented. You can easily take a bus to Alanya. It takes about 20 minutes to drive. The cost for July 2023 is 17 liras or 1 $/€ one way.

Before coming here, I decided to read the reviews, I was just horrified by what people write about this hotel, they even bought themselves sausages so as not to starve here. But what was our surprise when we arrived here. We met and placed it without any problems. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are very tasty. I had to bring the sausage back with me. The slide in the pool was open every day at a certain time. Wi-Fi is paid, I did not take it, we have our own Internet. Now about the "cat stink", it is clearly exaggerated about her. The hotel grounds were constantly cleaned. Cats are there, they run. But they didn't bother us much. The beach is nearby in a 2-minute walk, sun beds, umbrellas are all there. If you need help, there is an employee who will help you with an umbrella or a sunbed. The beach is sandy and pebbly. The entry into the sea is normal. In general, the staff is excellent, the food is fine. The hotel fully justifies its 4 stars. By the way, the hotel has a very good location, all markets are nearby.

The food is fed with slops, 3 mountains of food have nothing to choose, then pickles, then spicy, then peppery horror. We went hungry for 8 days, afraid of getting poisoned by another meal. From drinking soda like yuppie juice, coffee in the morning, tea is tasteless and very strong, they do not have boiling water, they probably save on electricity or water.There is no kettle in the room.
3) There was no hair dryer in the room. We checked into a room with a double bed and + 1 bed, we ordered a room with 2 double beds.

The hotel has a good location, opposite the center of Konakli village. There are two shopping malls and all kinds of small shops. There are ATMs near the clock where you can withdraw local currency (lira). There is a public transport stop near the hotel. By taking bus 50, you can leave for Alanya.

Hello. The Infinity hotel is 3 years old. Far from 4 stars.
1. Give 0.5 for the entire race. ( then dial in the machine all the time ). The problem is the purity of the bottle. We carry it in a bag, there's nothing to wash it with.
2. There is no free Wi-Fi. 1 day 2 $ 1 phone. 3 horror...
3. Changed the bed linen on the 8th day of arrival. I couldn't stand it anymore and took everything off myself and found a rack with laundry and changed everything myself. You won't get a cleaner.
4. Super mega economical housewives. Light , water , food (the cheapest and the same type).
5. There is no animation. Even the slide in the pool is turned on for 15 minutes a day. Poor children ( and there were many of them ) they poured water for themselves and "rode " on the slide. Although they post photos as if they were holding a foam party. In fact , it was not .
6. They tortured my mother with air conditioning for 5 days. Until I started to complain to the hotel guide that we were moved to another room.
7. I will not write about alcohol at all... in a glass of 200 ml beer with foam . Maybe it's better, we drank less😄
It looks like a beautiful hotel , big , the sea is nearby , there were enough sun beds, the beach is pebbles and sand.

It is not clear who assigned 4⭐️ to this hotel, this is the most run-down three, in which they save on everything! Starting with electricity, ending with an assortment of food. Air conditioners do not work ANYWHERE (restaurant, reception), warm air barely blows in the room. Eating in conditions where sweat runs down your face and back does not bring pleasure at all. The food is meager to the point that you go out half-starved. The assortment includes only cucumbers and tomatoes cut into different shapes. From hot rice and overcooked pasta, chicken every other time is normal and nuggets, two types of stewed vegetables. EVERYTHING. You won't drink TEA at lunch or dinner at the restaurant either, only at the pool bar, who needs it there.
The SEA AND THE BEACH are a separate topic, the beach is municipal, local people swim. There are only sun beds and that's it, no bar, no lifeguards or buoys there. The entry into the sea is small pebbles and a sharp descent, with small children in no case. There is a stove nearby, locals dive from it.
There is no ANIMATION at all, during lunch and dinner there is very unobtrusive music, which is almost inaudible. On the stage, where once there were performances, the floor even rotted..
