Havana is beautiful! The hotel is located in the very center, next to the Capitol, within walking distance of the old town. The exterior of the hotel is 5 stars, the interior is 5 stars, but not everything is so good with the rooms, you may get a room without windows, more precisely, the windows will go out into the technical area and the grilles on them will not let daylight through (when booking, it is worth considering more expensive rooms with a balcony). There is a relaxation area on the roof with a magnificent view of the central square and old Havana.
An interesting hotel, ancient in the colonial style, not only the architecture, but also the interior decorations. The staff is helpful and loyal. The breakfasts are good by the standards of the country. A pianist is playing! The room is clean, although like everything in Cuba it is slightly tired.
The unpleasant thing is that change from dollars is always given in pesos, but pesos are never accepted as payment. Apparently, these are the rules of the state, not the place. It is easy to dispose of this change as a tip to the staff. A special theme is the rooftop restaurant! There is nothing to eat there, but wine and gorgeous views of the center of Havana are easy to find)
The hotel where Anna Pavlova lived. Pretty tired. There is a roof terrace with a beautiful view, anyone can get there. Payment only by card, which is inconvenient for us Russians. The location is great, I didn't like the food
