I came for an inspection... they gave a referral for repair to the service... the service began to search for and purchase spare parts. But... Ingosstrakh began to simply put a spoke in the wheels of the service: they say the prices at which the service buys do not suit them. Then Ingosstrakh decided to purchase the missing spare parts from the required list. Today it is already 06/28.24. There are no spare parts. Ingosstrakh doesn't move at all. We can conclude that they don't care about the client's problems. They only take money quickly and clearly. As a result, I really do not recommend this insurance company!
You buy a car and take a helmet in INGOSSTRAKH for the full price with all extras.
WAITING: if the disc is damaged (additional charges for the discs are paid in advance), then the insurance company issues you a replacement referral from the dealer, you arrive, drink delicious coffee for two hours, and leave with a new disc on the wheel. And at the end of the year, you go to INGOSSTRAKH and take the helmet again for the full price with all the extras.
REALITY: Either 190 rubles, or a referral to an individual entrepreneur. The sole proprietor issues a period of 3-5 days, as a result, the car is parked for more than two weeks, the paint is not selected at first, then the shade does not match, then it does not lie down, falls off. At the end of two weeks, we are talking about the fact that if I do not buy a separate set of disks for the winter, and their disk suddenly turns yellow in winter, then this will not be a warranty case. The documents are murky, the acceptance certificate has barely been achieved, the guarantee for the result is not clearly written anywhere. And at the end of the year you go to another insurance company.
It is difficult to find a company that works worse in Belarus. The quality of the services provided is simply terrible. He insured the car when buying from Atlant M, after selling the car, he informed the authorized specialist of Atlant M, who was engaged in the extension of insurance, about this when the next payment under the insurance contract was due. I was told that Ingosstrakh specialists would contact me to explain what documents needed to be provided and how to pay for the funds spent on repairing my car.
As a result, no one contacted me, they did not even bother to call me by phone, the number of which is in the documents.
