Beautiful territory, the only entertainment is the sea. A wonderful format for a quiet, secluded holiday. There are no shops or cafes within walking distance at all. The hotel is located far from populated areas. There is a restaurant.
Unfortunately, the service is lame on all hands and feet. Very mediocre room cleaning, towels were not replaced once during the three days of stay. Even the garbage wasn't all taken away. There is an unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathtub. The response to any request is terribly slow, and sometimes contradictory: - can I have a cot in the room? Yes, please - 300 rubles. And a day later, the amount increased to 2,800!
- can I have my wine for dinner tonight? Yes, of course. And when you come and sit down, pay a traffic fee of 500 rubles.
I put my things in the laundry in the morning, I expected a clean one by the evening. The next day, things were still hanging wet on the outdoor dryers.... Apparently washed in the morning of the same day.
The final upset was a dangerous incident: I went to the laundry room to get my things, there turned out to be a hornet's nest - a total of 8 bites! Thank God I'm not allergic! But it's also life-threatening! Moreover, there are a lot of children on the territory.

An excellent hotel, located in a quiet, peaceful place. There are no more hotels nearby, so there are few people on the beach, my friend and I really liked it. The food is very tasty, and the breakfast is a buffet.

Adore. This is Love. This year, the service staff in the person of those who cleaned the room messed up, but everything is fine. I hope there won't be such problems next year. They cleaned badly, the smell of sweat after cleaning was terrible after them. They used to clean up before lunch, while everyone was on the beach. This year, right at lunchtime, when we were returning from the beach and the children were asleep. Apparently, it's really bad with the personnel, because this is not typical of the policy of the Fig owner.

I liked the hotel as a whole. But as everywhere there are pros, there are cons. Among the advantages - excellent location, clean sea, good beach, its own pleasant territory and Parking, delicious national food, European - like carbonara - well, so-so.
Of the minuses - the breakfasts are monotonous, the rooms are of course lame on both legs, I believe that there should be no problems in the room for 11 tr per day, I should not run around looking for an extension cord to put the kettle on (there should be no extension cord at all, there should be a convenient outlet with access at the table), the water taps should be hot on the hot side, and cold on the cold side. I believe that I should not ask for an entrance lock to be made, because the door cannot be opened until you jump on the handle and argue that it was broken by the previous tenants ... guys, you accept the room, I don't care who lived there and what was broken, there should be no wallpaper peeled off (this is 5 minutes of time and 100 rubles of cost), the color of the walls in our room is of course a separate topic, well, the main thing is turning off the light that we got to, as it turned out there is actually no generator, i.e. you simply cannot wash, eat, or turn on the air conditioner, and there were no lights off during our stay. Yes, one more thing, WATER. Drinking water is only available upon delivery from the bar, we were given 2 1.5 for a family of 4 people, although they say you can drink from the tap, we have not tried. If you compare a room in Fig with Krasnopolyansk hotels for this price, then it's like heaven and earth. For myself, I justify the cost solely by the location and pleasant architecture (thanks for the lack of golden baseboards and Korychnev furniture) I did not find anything else. (I'm writing about the room above the large dining room in the main building, I can't say anything about the others, maybe there's chic, glitter, beauty). But I'll be honest, all the disadvantages are crossed out by nature ... they brought the water themselves, they hammered the bolt on electricity and just stopped steaming and rested, they chose pancakes for breakfast, of course they were tired - but a win-win option))

We have been coming here for the third year in a row, it is best to come here in summer or late spring. There is a good beach, an ideal bar and cafe, everything is prepared quite quickly and almost always when you arrive there you have a feeling that you are at home, I advise everyone who has not been.

We were here for a retreat from September 24 to 27, 2023
The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of the resort.
Private pebble-sand beach with sun loungers and umbrellas (free of charge). The sea is clear. The views are amazing.
Airport transfer (sedan 5000 rub, minivan 6500 rub)
The restaurant is on site, where they cook very tasty. Separate respect to the cook.
The staff is friendly, responsive.
The owner Igor is friendly, sociable and a very interesting interlocutor.
The room has a kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer., towels (for the beach too). There is always hot water (water heater). Cleaning every day.
On the territory of a large gazebo, hammocks, swings, children's climbing.
The place is very secluded, 20 minutes walk to the highway, so if you want to move, and "Khachapuri, churchkhela, baklava")), you will have to go outside the territory and get to the place where you will find it all.
The hotel is popular for festive events. On the day of our arrival, young people and wedding guests were leaving.
Then there were banquets three times, but quiet family birthdays.

The best hotel in Abkhazia. The best beach, secluded, clean, big. There is no one except the hotel's customers. Sunsets of incredible beauty. The territory is well maintained, green. The location is gorgeous! The sea is just not splashing at my feet. Surprisingly, there are practically no insects. But there are also disadvantages: icy floors in the rooms, a very monotonous menu, while the prices are inhumane, only cash is accepted, even a transfer to a card is not considered. There are no benefits of civilization within walking distance, so neither money can be withdrawn nor anything can be bought in the store. Also, quite often, almost daily, the electricity is turned off, sometimes for several hours. Wi-Fi is available throughout the territory, but the speed is not very high

A great place for a family vacation. There is a wonderful territory all around, a herd of horses comes to the beach every day. The beach is sandy , but the entrance to the sea is covered in pebbles ..take shoes for the sea, it's hard to enter barefoot.
It is better to go by car to be mobile . Since this hotel is far from the city, there is a construction site of neighboring hotels around the territory. But this does not prevent you from resting .

The location itself and the idea are wonderful, but, as usually happens, the execution failed at some points.
I liked it: the clear sea, its sparsely populated beach with sun loungers and umbrellas; a charming restaurant with a terrace overlooking the shore - the sunsets are awesome. Delicious food, though not a very varied menu.
Upset: breakfasts - if you don't have time in the first half hour, then you won't get anything (and you constantly ask for clean plates, then appliances, then water); a very meager set, which practically does not change by the day, coffee - 3in1 🤦🏻♀️). But, again, the food is delicious.
The rooms themselves are very simple, the bathroom constantly smells damp and musty (apparently, ventilation is poor). The biggest problem for us is the terrible ninja cleaning without joints (they may not clean at all, or skip the bathroom, or not bring towels, and when you ask, they can come in when you're in the shower). And it's not just once or twice. They tried to solve it through the administrator of the Ale, but ineffectively, in words yes, in fact ... (on the last evening they asked to bring beach towels forgotten by the staff again, since early in the morning to the beach, of course no one brought, they did not respond to SMS). We left - no one even saw us off or apologized.
I would like to have more leisure time on the territory - install a movie projector / yoga classes or other sports.
For $ 100 per day, such a service is unacceptable.

- excellent restaurant, everything is always delicious and fresh, polite and friendly staff;
- the sea is 30 meters from the decorative fence of the hotel, a wide beach, its own sun loungers and wooden mushrooms to create shade.
- it is possible to do both children's and adult massage directly on the territory in the fresh air under a separate tent;
- in general, I liked everything, some positive impressions, it is clear that the owners are trying to do everything for comfort and quality rest with the whole family.

The hotel is located right on the seashore, the beach is excellent, and most importantly - deserted. The territory is small, but well maintained, there are places to relax in the shade, it's great
There is nothing around the hotel, some country roads and houses of local residents, it takes 5 minutes to get to the off-road highway
The restaurant looks good, the menu is varied, we managed to try a little, but we liked everything we took. Except for Long Island, it was nothing, it looked like whiskey and Coke and there was some kind of foreign garbage floating in it.
The room is ordinary, everything you need is there, but the cleaning is lame, a chocolate bar from previous guests was found in the bedside table, the sheets are stained brown, the towels are dirty, there is sand in the closet. The shower screen smells musty.
We booked two nights, but because of the child's illness, we decided to leave a day earlier, asked for a refund of the cost of accommodation - refused. The receptionist girl referred to the booking department, the booking department referred to the girl, in the end we did not swear and left without money.
On the only night that we stayed at the hotel, the lights were turned off for the whole night, and we slept (or rather, did not sleep) in unbearable heat without air conditioning. As we found out earlier, power outages are not uncommon in Abkhazia. Apparently, the hotel does not consider it necessary to purchase a generator for such cases.
And there are cockroaches in the hotel, I managed to film one on the ground floor in the toilet, right next to the kitchen, others ran away at night in the toilet of the room when I went there with a phone flashlight (there was no light), after that they definitely decided not to sit out the paid day, but to leave earlier.
But the idea of the hotel is cool, and the price would be justified if not for the above disadvantages

Dear travelers, we really liked this hotel, peace and quiet came for 10 years in a row, we have 4 children, we rented a beautiful house, but the boorish and arrogant attitude this year crossed everything out! The hosts do not care about the comfort and accommodation of the guests, although they are Ossetians, not Abkhazians, they did not even apologize for the lack of electricity, it was not from 23 to 11 in the morning, flies flew at breakfast, a beautiful place and the beach was simply desecrated by vile service and hospitality, I do not know where the owner looks at the appearance of a cultured person Igor!!!! Shame! I do not advise anyone to book this place

The hotel is located in a very secluded place, no people, no shops... the beach is large, sandy. The rooms are modern but small. The food is excellent. The best place to relax and take a break from the hustle and bustle. If you are interested in "movements", then you are definitely not here. Don't spoil your mood, and give the hotel a rating!

Figs are love! We stayed for 3 days with the children, we also thought about visiting local attractions, but we did not want to leave at all. The most beautiful place, the sea, few people, The territory is tasteful, everything is clean, there is a lot of space for children and there is a place to play. The restaurant is delicious, especially trout with grilled vegetables is something bombastic. A massage therapist also comes and does a very good massage for a fee, even our children did it and the smallest one fell asleep;) I didn't like that breakfast is announced from 9-11, but if you come at 9.20 there is almost nothing, only porridge and vegetables, but pancakes and buns, alas.. People are literally waiting for breakfast. And it would also be cool if you installed a projector to watch movies, it just begs to be;) in general, a really decent place, we came there on the recommendation of a friend and we will also recommend it to everyone! Special thanks to the staff, young, beautiful, responsive guys!

For the third year we come here in August and every time we regret only one thing - the days fly by very quickly! Mentally, comfortably, warmly (literally and figuratively)! We arrived at this place in a restaurant. We 've been waiting for the dish for an HOUR ! At the same time, no one warned us about such a waiting time. When, after 40 minutes, we began to ask if everything would be ready soon, the answer was that they could not adjust the cooks. As a result, half of the dishes were cold, the pizza was not fully baked. But to top it all off, when we were paying the bill, we saw how we were recorded (photo attached). If you do not need visitors who are not hotel guests, then you do not need to position yourself as a restaurant

The food is not restaurant food, but rather ordinary home cooking. Often some items from the menu are missing. Excellent staff, but there is not enough entertainment and leisure in the hotel, at least something. At least a bike rental, a cinema, well, at least a dance party once a week.

Our love) we are resting for the second season and, I think, this is not the last time) the highlight of this place is a huge territory and empty beaches. The children have a place to run, the entry into the sea is wonderful. There are pebbles, sand, and large stones on the beach.
Of the minuses, room cleaning is very weak and this year something incomprehensible was happening in the rest, half of the menu was constantly missing ... but that's if you find fault))
