A wonderful residential complex! A comfortable enclosed courtyard with a children's playground and an adult exercise equipment. The tartan coating is above all praise. I like that on the platforms of each floor you seem to be in an art gallery - everywhere there are paintings of different cities of the world. Apartments with 3-meter ceilings. There is no sound from the windows, so you can relax from noisy cars. The street view is not the most pleasant, of course - not the sea or the forest, but the above factors cover this small flaw.
