This is the cleanest and the most welcoming hotel in Astana in my view. The cafe makes scrumptious food. The breakfasts are the best.

Cafe on the ground floor: there is a menu, but there is nothing available, what we could offer was too salty... I do not advise it, you can find much more worthy places for a snack in the area.

I liked the hotel. The price/quality ratio is just super 5 out of 5. Freshly renovated, I had a room with air conditioning, a TV and a refrigerator, but as I understood, not all rooms have a refrigerator.
Breakfast is included in the price, and it is quite good, there is always a choice.
Of the disadvantages, the access road to the entrance to the hotel is 30 meters without asphalt, but you can survive this.

The hotel is located in the old part of the city, in a rather dilapidated part of it, but in itself it is quite decent and represents a minimum set of comfort and services necessary for a modest discount-free stay due to necessity. The staff is friendly, but not intrusive at all. In principle, if your demands are not high, you can live. ))
And yes, in the morning we were woken up by knocking on the window with flowering branches of an apple tree! 🙂

There is no paved road at the entrance to the hotel, potholes and puddles, mud, ! who rushes to the hotel on shoes. It's dirty on the stairs all the time! The room is more or less clean, rather modest furniture, no refrigerator. After shampooing with local shampoo, I combed my hair with difficulty! I should have brought my own hair products! The staff is quite friendly and helpful! The breakfasts are quite meager and monotonous! The hotel is for one day-night stay. Unfortunately, we had to stay for a week. We booked it solely due to the erroneous location of the US Embassy nearby. In fact, it takes 20-30 minutes to get to the embassy by taxi. For those who come specifically to the embassy for a visa.

The breakfast is quite modest (sausage, fried eggs, toast and a mug of tea), it is prepared individually and for a long time, because the cook was alone, and the guests came at the same time. But the big disadvantage is the location, it is not convenient and there is no paved road to check into the hotel, the porch and the area around are unkempt.
