Cons - An old business center, there is no normal parking, direct access from the highway is closed in the morning and evening, travel to a nearby parking lot under residential buildings through a dead road. It's hot in summer, cold in winter, and the old air conditioning systems can't handle it. There are no special smoking areas, everyone smokes on the stairwells, as a result of which there is a terrible smell. There are constantly running out of napkins in the toilet.
Pros - a good location, close to the center. It works around the clock and there is a checkpoint with magnetic turnstiles.

Having worked in this twin center for 2 years, I can say that I am completely satisfied with both the location and the building itself. The only disadvantage is the highway, which prevents you from entering the business center from the road at any time of the day, i.e. the entrance to the parking lot from the main road is blocked and you have to leave from the back during traffic. Otherwise satisfied👌
