I have been working with this company for several years. We buy and repair printers from them. There are small, like everyone else's, rough edges in cooperation, but in general there are more positive moments! And the last experience of buying an Epson XP-3205 MFP convinced me of the rather high customer orientation of this organization! Well done guys, keep it up!

The service seemed good at first glance, but upon arrival home we found that there was no disk, we could not install the driver, because we were afraid that we would install it with an update. We called the service to send a request to technical support, no one called us back. I'm calling for the second time, they told me they couldn't get through, although there are no missed messages on my phone. But the consultant Ekaterina, who allowed herself to raise her voice, claimed that she also sees these calls. In general, it's a pity that I came across these people and the company.
