Обращался по вопросу оценки дачи с учетом инженерно-строительных ошибок. Был потрескавшийся фундамент и трещины уже пошли по дому, неправильно установлены кирпичные колонны под крышу. В общем заверили, что произведут оценку с учетом этих проблем. Сказали сделать фото проблемных мест и описать их. В итоге сделали просто анализ рынка с указанием средней цены. А работают по предоплате только. В общем компания не порядочная! (((
