A relatively new hotel. And not a small one. Interior design "about space". The guests are mostly business travelers. Not a tourist place. Calm. Sometimes some corporate events are held: the hotel is not small, and there is a conference room. In general, there is no loitering public. The hotel is located close to the prom.the zone and berths.
The minibar, although meager and alcohol-free, is free.
The breakfast is a buffet, very good and varied. If you want to get "haake Peter", you need to go to breakfast early.
Nearby is the Water front shopping center, and there, as expected, a food court.
