I would like to write my experience and feedback about the INSON insurance company. After buying the car, I issued a hard hat from them. Recently, after an accident, I turned to them once again. They made repairs very quickly and did everything exclusively for the benefit of the client. They always make compromises, and for all the time I've been working with them, I haven't noticed that they've been cheated or cheated somewhere. May Allah grant that we always work like this. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Alisher ake, Mirzabek and the lawyer of the company Ismoil ake. They were always in touch and always had an individual approach. I used to think that they would work everywhere, as is customary with us, and I was looking for a trick everywhere. But they really surprised me. Where there was a dispute with the service center about the loss of the warranty, the lawyer came together and clarified everything and decided. This is not an advertisement, it's just that good things also need to be voiced. Personally, I recommend it. From the moment of the accident to the end of the repair, they were adequately accompanied
I bought an insurance policy (limited) through the Click app. Strangely, the application did not enter my name in the list of drivers (this periodically comes out to this day) a car issued in my name. As a result, an accident happened (I am the victim), the euro protocol was signed, all the documents were collected and transferred to this company for verification (May 13, 2024). Everything is fine and all the documents are in place. After 15 working days of checking our case, the guys from Inson decided to take our case to court, due to the fact that my name is missing in the policy (again, I am the victim). I ran after the traffic police, who delayed the shipment of docks to the court (20 working days + holidays). The trial was held and the verdict was given (6 working days). I took the verdict to this office and they tell me that I need to wait another 15 WORKING DAYS TO CHECK THE ALREADY VERIFIED CASE.
In total, 66 days have passed since the application was submitted and we have to wait another 15 working days because of the GAP, WHERE THEY HAVE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS WHEN BUYING THEIR OWN INSURANCE POLICY.
And during all this time, they said not to repair the car. Otherwise, they may not pay the money
The worst insurance policy. The service is null. The calls are answered by people who can't explain anything at all. There is 1 receiving employee for the entire office. No waiting list, no order. They do not want to pay, they will look for 1000 reasons. Definitely not recommended.
