I never stayed at this hotel but without ecen trying they have shown who they are by being so rude to me when I parked my car so accurately near their entrance
Convenient location. The rooms are in European style. Cleaning supplies, bathrobe, slippers, tea, coffee, mineral water are provided. The room itself and other hotel locations are very clean. The staff is very attentive and ready to help at any time. I always needed something in my room, an iron, salt, a flower vase, or something else. All my requests were fulfilled quickly. All the staff speaks Russian. At first I booked for 2 nights, but then I extended it for 3 nights. The breakfasts were varied, all 5 days there were different porridges, different pastries, fruits, vegetables, dried fruits, cheeses, sausages, etc. Despite the fact that I need to choose products with a certain BZHU and nutritional characteristics, I had a full breakfast. I also visited the spa complex, took body massage and facial massage several times. I really liked the atmosphere, cleanliness, comfort in the spa complex and, most importantly, the top-class professional craftsmen. I definitely want to return to this hotel.
The hotel is located in a fairly convenient location for tourists: a 5-minute walk to the metro; Chorsu, Kukeldash Madrasah and the Hazrati Imam Ensemble are within walking distance. At the beginning of March 2025, construction is underway next to the hotel, including the road to the subway is dirty in places and blocked with earth, sand, etc.
The lobby of the hotel has an ASIA ALLIANCE BANK terminal with the possibility of money exchange. The terminal also allows you to deposit/withdraw money from a bank card, but we did not use this, and therefore I cannot say anything for the commission. There is also a bar and a small souvenir stall in the lobby.
Of all the additional services, we only managed to use breakfast - we were passing through Tashkent and therefore we had neither swimming trunks nor sportswear with us.
Other reviews said that the breakfasts were of the same type, but I disagree. The ingredients may be the same from day to day, but their use is different: for example, boiled eggs one day and poached on bread the next. In addition, there were fruits and vegetables (both chopped and whole), cereals and milk balls, pancakes, porridges, etc. There was also a separate area in the hall where you could cook breakfast yourself - two frying pans, various chopped ingredients. Breakfasts are held from 7 to 10, we arrived somewhere closer to 9 and there was always food. You won't stay hungry.
The room is spacious and clean. The windows of our room overlooked the technical buildings (pipes and external units of air conditioners), but the park was also visible. It was quiet outside the window and there was no sound of machinery. The plastic window opened "up", for micro-ventilation, and completely - a big plus.
Cons:
- Our room was a double room (and there were two of us too), but there was only one bathrobe in the room - I had to ask for a second one.
- The organization of the bathroom raises questions: only one half is located behind the glass (closest to the taps and watering can). The other half is open: no curtain, no sliding glass. If you do not want to fill the entire floor with water, then it will be inconvenient to take a shower, especially together. There seems to be a water drain on the floor, but then it's not clear where to put the towel under your feet. It's not clear, anyway.
- The washing gel is very mediocre - it doesn't soap at all. I can't say anything about shampoos/conditioners - we had our own.
- The heated towel rail is electric, but it didn't work. This is not a disadvantage for us, because we did not use it (and did not intend to). For us, it served as another towel rack, and therefore I will not take it into account in the overall assessment. I advise you to check in advance if it works, if that's important to you.
- Bathroom repairs are so-so in some places. Initially, the impressions are positive, but it's worth taking a closer look at how the various jambs are noticeable: the mirror is hanging slightly crookedly, the socket in the wall does not hold and falls out a little, the decorative washers of the heated towel rail (which are near the wall) are hanging back and forth and ringing, etc.
- The room is large, but there is no separate area for makeup. There are two mirrors in the room: in the bathroom and in the hallway in the closet. So, there's nowhere to put a makeup bag in the bathroom - all surfaces are, as expected, wet, and the mirror is far away. Using the closet mirror is also not convenient: yes, you can put things in the closet (doubtful) and even get closer, but the lighting there is not very good. At the same time, there is a large console under the TV along the entire wall with a lot of empty space. There's even a table lamp in the corner! I think you can invest in a folding mirror and place it on the same console.
- When the main light is off, the buttons on the switch glow. On the one hand, it's convenient - you can find a light switch in the dark, but they shine too much. These buttons are located on both sides of the bed and illuminate the entire room at night in complete darkness. I had to put decorative pillows to block out this light.
I didn't take pictures with the bathroom and the console. If anyone is very interested in what this case looks like, then these photos can be found right on the same page from the hotel itself.
The hotel is located near the center of the Islamic culture. Nice spacious rooms. Modern design. A staff that tries to meet your needs. The metro is 300 meters away, another landmark of Tashkent. The breakfast is plentiful, and there is a large selection of hot and cold dishes. Fruit. Good coffee. Spa! You can relax from the road or after excursions.
*“I stayed at the Inspira-S Hotel, and I had mixed impressions. Overall, the rooms are clean and cozy, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. I liked that there is a restaurant and a fitness center.
But there were also disadvantages: breakfast could have been more varied, and the sound insulation in the rooms is not perfect – you can hear the neighbors and the noise from the street. In general, it's quite normal for a 3-star hotel, but for the price I expected a little more.”*
The case when a low price corresponds to a good quality. The hotel is located in the central part of the city, convenient check-in, nice room, delicious breakfast, good spa (except that the pool was not filled with water :) in general, considering that in Uzbekistan everything is bad with the service in hotels, we really liked it here, thank you!
I was at the hotel from December 20 to December 26, 2024. I left the best impressions, both in terms of comfort and the attitude of the service staff towards the customers. The rooms are cozy, clean, warm, and the breakfasts in the restaurant are delicious, plentiful, and varied. And what a pleasure you get when visiting the pool, hammam, Finnish sauna. The hotel is almost top-notch, everything sparkles with cleanliness, excellent taste of interior and exterior decoration and attitude towards the residents, truly oriental hospitality. It is also necessary to note the proximity of the hotel to the center and metro and affordable prices .
The hotel is well located, although at first it may seem that it stands in an unsociable place. The staff was polite, the cleaning was carried out daily, but always at different times - first in the morning, then in the evening. The hotel is quite modern. There were no problems. The staff is Russian-speaking. The price of a bottle of semi-sweet Abrau at 3,000 rubles surprised me. The breakfasts are good. The omelet had to wait - it wasn't always cooked (the cook was often away). In general, I am satisfied.
The hotel is great, the rooms are large, everything is there, the mattresses are comfortable. Breakfast - the choice of dishes is good. A big plus is that a sauna with a swimming pool is included in the price. Chorsi Market is a walk away, and CityMall is one metro station away.
Not the best option, but not bad. Breakfast is mostly no good, but at least varied. The cook makes a good omelet, and you can add something to it on the buffet.
There is no bar in the lobby, but there is, and that's good, you could buy something to drink in the evening. There is a SPA, not bad. The staff are helpful, but not everyone speaks Russian well, although they can understand each other. The funny thing is, there was a capsule coffee machine in the room with some kind of tricky electric plug that couldn't be plugged into any of the outlets).
The hotel is packed with all sorts of modern technological gadgets. Buttons, buttons, buttons...
the breakfast buffet is quite incomplete. The rooms are spacious. The beds are gigantic. It's the first time I've seen such big ones. The width is 220 and the length is 200 cm. The staff is friendly. Overall, I liked the hotel. I would have come here again.
Yes, the room had a magnificent view of the Islamic cultural center under construction. The location of the hotel is very convenient. 7 minutes by taxi to City Mall, 10 minutes on foot to Chorsu Main market, 7 minutes to Magic City.
Clean and tidy, everything is changed on time, the staff is attentive, the breakfast is excellent for every taste , within walking distance of the metro ,good Parking. There is a small fitness room.
A nice modern hotel, some rooms even have two bathrooms. Smart buttons in bedside tables of the "do not disturb" type, etc. A couple of people from our delegation complained that the light was turned on in the room at 5 a.m. - they may have pressed some of the smart buttons themselves.
Of the disadvantages, there is not a very rich assortment of dishes in the restaurant, both at the moment and on days of the week - I would like more variety.
I liked the hotel! Friendly, attentive staff, speak Russian well, which is very convenient. The breakfasts are good, relatively varied. The rooms are clean, bright and spacious. The hotel administration took into account our wishes and added extra beds for children. For the 3rd day, 3 million 800 thousand som were paid (2 adults, 2 children)
The room is large, cozy, clean, light control near the bed. Bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer, toothbrushes, etc. are available. Tea, coffee too. The breakfast is normal, the fruits are delicious. Among the disadvantages - it takes a long time to replenish food and remove it from the tables, the cook rarely appears at the omelet station. Well, the pillows are very high and dense, I had to use a decorative small one
Nice hotel.
Very helpful staff, for any questions. The hotel has a sauna, hammam and 2 swimming pools. My children and I went there, a nice bonus, after a long journey.
The curtains are black out in the room, that is, you can sleep. The breakfast is delicious and varied. And so the food in the restaurant is not their strongest point, but at the same time the very responsive and polite staff will do their best to make you feel comfortable.
Excellent hotel, daily high-quality cleaning, buffet with a normal assortment. It's not Turkey, but you can't go hungry. The staff is helpful, always trying to help.
Nice hotel, stayed for the second time. Good location: near the metro, the market, cafes and shops. Large rooms, comfortable beds, quiet and cleanliness, good breakfasts, fast Internet. The staff is beyond praise. A good discount when booking on the hotel's website. I recommend

Great hotel. Great location. Purity. Delicious breakfasts. A clean and cozy SPA area with perfect cleanliness. First of all, this is the merit of the staff. They treat it like their home. Hospitality and excellent service. Professionals work at the reception. No hotel treats its guests like yours. With care from the moment of reservation. Thanks to Umejong for accompanying our vacation, he always prompted and advised us. We will definitely return to this particular hotel.
A very comfortable and modern hotel. There is a metro station nearby. Good service. The hotel has an ATM with currency exchange. You can change dollars and euros. Supermarkets are nearby. There is an elevator, decent Wi-Fi.
For that kind of money, it's just a great option. The rooms are large, fresh, well maintained. The breakfast is not very rich, but everything is delicious. Gym, swimming pool and spa. I liked the massage therapists. Excellent and friendly staff. The first thing I recommend in Tashkent for a modest budget 👌
Nice and clean hotel. The service is at a good level, unlike many hotels in Tashkent, where only the external gloss is important.
Very good breakfasts. The staff is very polite. The rooms are clean. There is an indoor swimming pool and a sauna with a hammam. I recommend.
I liked the hotel. Clean, modern, comfortable bed and mattress. The location is good, but we have not found a normal restaurant with national cuisine in the area. The staff are polite and friendly. Chorsu market is nearby. There is parking, which is convenient, because we had a car for rent.
The hotel is good. There is a swimming pool and a hammam. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious, there are fruits and vegetables and delicious pastries. The location is convenient not far from the metro.
A very cool hotel.
There were some difficulties with the numbers - but everything was fixed promptly. For what else + in karma.
The hotel is ideally located: Chorsu market is nearby, 10 minutes by taxi to the center.
The breakfasts are standard, but delicious.
Hamam top.

Nice, modern hotel. The location is very convenient: on the one hand, the old town is within walking distance, on the other -a modern main street with shops and cafes. 5 min walk to the metro. Good breakfasts (without frills, but it's enough to have a hearty breakfast).
The rooms are large, the breakfasts are on the level, a good gym, but in the evenings it's a little dense. On the -1 floor there is a pool and table tennis. The pool is shallow, sauna, hammam.
The location is convenient. A lot of foreigners.
One minus, there is no hope for the view from the window. Construction is underway, but there is no noise.
There is no exchanger at the hotel, the nearest bank is open until 17:00 (7-10min walk).
The hotel is located next to Chorsu Market and not far from Tashkent City. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The bed is also huge, moderately hard and it was comfortable to sleep on it. The room has everything you need, the bathroom has a bathtub, not a shower cabin. That was another plus for me. The breakfasts are varied. Very helpful staff in the restaurant, in the bar, and at the reception. I am very happy with my stay
A cool hotel. It is located in the immediate vicinity of Chorsu market.Huge cozy rooms.Clear.The staff is helpful and kind.I am glad to help in everything.A wonderful spa area.Free access once a day: swimming pool, sauna, hammam.Everything is sterile and new.The hotel has only recently opened.Breakfast: buffet.Quite decent. Our visit was quite lively, as athletes, participants of the World Boxing Championship lived there. We talked with many boxers from different countries, empathized with them.
We liked the hotel.
And the breakfasts are the best in Uzbekistan (we were in 4 hotels). The room is spacious.
The spa is included, only there is a shallow pool, and the water in the Jacuzzi is colder than in the pool.
There is a disadvantage, the staff is not always responsible. Those who rested with us signed up for the Spa in the morning, but the staff did not show up. People were left without a Spa.
And we had a situation: they signed up to play tennis at the reception, so we were only informed on the spot that this service was paid. 🤷🏻♀️
The rooms are very large, everything is clean and beautiful, the staff is friendly. There is a good breakfast, a swimming pool and a Turkish hammam and sauna. There are tables and chairs in front of the hotel where you can sit.
I'm going to get 5 * so as not to knock down the rating, but there are disadvantages.
Positive: a new hotel, everything is very modern, beautiful, smart house, conveniently located, large, varied breakfasts.
Cons: well, it can be seen that management is lame - they can calmly turn on the speakers in the lobby at 7 a.m. on Saturday and the presenters congratulate someone there with others. Those who live on the 1st floor, to put it mildly, are fucked up. Reception- with a smile they tell you how cool it was- it was a birthday)) well, there is no understanding that they have guests living with them, they have paid for accommodation and are resting and now it is Saturday and 7 am.. there are no triple rooms in the hotel, keep in mind, but the room will be confirmed to you)
Clean, cozy, comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. And the cherry on the cake is the spa complex:sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi, mini pool. Everything is of a decent level and is free for hotel guests. I definitely recommend it.
Excellent 4-star hotel, new, beautiful, large rooms, soft comfortable bed and pillows.
The hotel has a buffet breakfast, a slightly limited selection of food, but overall not bad.
There is also an excellent SPA complex with a swimming pool and a Turkish hammam
For sports enthusiasts, there is a fitness room and a ping pong table.
Overall, a confident Foursome.
The location of the hotel is also excellent!
I recommend.
Excellent hotel, friendly staff, delicious food in the restaurant, wonderful rooms. There is a sauna, a hammam, a swimming pool (although very small), a fitness room. Everything is created in order to relax with maximum comfort! Convenient location of the hotel, within walking distance of the Chorsu bazaar
In general, a new and very pleasant hotel with a good spa area, but for an additional fee. A good breakfast,
There are still a couple of flaws.
1. Cleaning varies greatly. The day is fine, the day will not be reported tea, toilet paper will not be checked. Apparently there is no checklist or control.
2. I asked to check out three hours later, despite the fact that no one came after me, they offered to pay for cleaning the rooms after 15.00 for half a day. There was no point in it, I refused. In general, it is clear that this is at the discretion of the hotel, but it was possible to meet halfway.
Overall, it is positive, I will come here next time to Tashkent.
