We have branded hikvision cameras in the factory of more than 100 pcs, in the beginning they were repaired under warranty, now they don't even repair for payment! They left the registrar, they accepted it, but they don't even write what the status is, they have to write everything themselves to find out!

In March 2019, I purchased the ajax starter kit alarm system from Intant LLP. The alarm system stopped working and I contacted the service center. Given that the warranty has already expired, a paid diagnosis was offered, during which I was told that the processor was faulty in the hub and the device could not be repaired and was told that if I had applied earlier, that is, during the warranty period, I would have had it replaced for free. I asked why it was impossible to send the hub to the manufacturer in Ukraine, to which they replied that it made no sense, because the service had already contacted the manufacturer and they would tell me the same thing, so the only option for me was to buy a new hub worth 57300 tenge.
I still turned to the manufacturer, who replied that the official service for ajax devices exists only in Ukraine, and in the CIS countries a complete replacement of the kit is performed even if the warranty has expired, which was offered to me.
Only after I forwarded this letter to the Intant I was offered a replacement, and the replacement of only one faulty component (hub), and not the entire set, I insisted on replacing the entire set purely on principle and after contacting the CEO and the local representative of Ajax in Kazakhstan agreed to replace the entire set. But unfortunately the story did not end there, the kit was issued defective with damaged packaging.
Thus, if your Ajax device has stopped working, you do not need to pay the service center for paid diagnostics and purchase a new device, contact the manufacturer first, you must replace it with a new device. Given my negative communication experience, I do not advise buying goods from them.
