A modern, fresh hotel. The location is very convenient, near the ice palace with a restaurant, bowling alley. Euroopt is not far away, opposite a penny. There is a delicious Cumin bakery on foot, I recommend it
Overall it was good, but there is a but:
- there is no refrigerator in the room, there is no minimum set of tea bags /sugar, two mugs, but one spoon. There is no minimum shower set.
The carpet is dirty (stains), but this is only externally, so the room is clean, the bed linen is very nice made of stripe Satin, white. The mattress is comfortable, of course a little soft, but it's okay to spend the night.
The cafe in the hotel is cozy, clean, and beautiful.
About the dishes: the breakfast is delicious (porridge and scrambled eggs )
The nuggets are strange, for an amateur, my daughter did not check them out. Delicious potato slices, cheese sticks 👌
Noodle soup is just a broth with noodles and corn, well, so-so. Caesar is delicious. But carbonara is not the same at all. The pancakes are delicious.
Beer is probably not enough in the bar, after 6 glasses it ended and without clarification they brought another one, putting in front of the fact that the glass has a different look.
In general, the impression is normal.

The rooms are nice, spacious, high ceilings, well-equipped bathroom. A comfortable bed. There are bathrobes and slippers.
Delicious food in the cafe.
Cons:
it takes a very long time to register at the reception, and the staff does not bother to warn people who are tired from the road and at least invite them to sit down or visit a cafe at this time.
The lack of wi-fi is in our room.

One of the advantages is the friendly administrator Irina. A comfortable mattress. There is a kettle and 2 mugs. There are hangers in the closet. There is a parking lot. That's all.
Cons- very poor sound insulation, those who coughed at night- the feeling that the washing machine was working right above their ear - I listened to all the modes, as well as the loud laughter of the employees at 10 a.m. on the weekend.
The windows are siphoned, it was cold last night.
There is no heated towel rail in the shower, it is also cold, there is no one-time gel and shampoo, the towels are smelly, the height of the stall is 1.8, the husband did not cut his head with the corner of the shower. The bed is positioned so that it does not approach from the side. You turn on the light in the toilet, the hood automatically turns on-at night you constantly wake up from this.
Based on the choice of reviews, there have already been such comments, to which the hotel owner replied that he would fix everything and take note. But apparently, everything remained that way in words.
I do not recommend this hotel to rest.

+: the interior is clean, the staff is correct, the door to the hotel is closed at night, the room is warm (not hot), there are no problems with water in the bathroom, mattresses and pillows are comfortable, you can have breakfast in a cafe in the same building (porridge 18p, scrambled eggs 20p, 22p..., Americano coffee 150ml 6p, cappuccino 200ml 7p), large portions.
-: there is liquid soap, but there is no shower gel, hair conditioner, no bathrobe, slippers (most likely for an additional fee.I didn't recognize the payment).

A nice simple hotel, located close to the center, you can walk around the city. Friendly staff, there is a restaurant in the hotel, the food is delicious. Cheesecakes for breakfast are delicious!
Of the minuses, what I want to note is the lack of a shower curtain. It is clear that everything is done in a modern style, probably convenient for cleaning, but still without a curtain, water splashes all over the bathroom and then there is a wet floor. Well, it's a pity that there was no small refrigerator, but perhaps the room did not provide for it, I did not understand)

In fact, we almost accidentally got into this hotel, because we did not find anything in Vitebsk. Just an hour away by car - and welcome to Orsha at the Intens hotel)

I am updating my review a year later. Finally, the breakfasts were made from 8:00, thank you! But they usually drink coffee at breakfast. Install a regular coffee machine so that the receptionist can use it.
We recommend placing the restaurant in Yandex separately. The food is very tasty, the service is good.
One advantage in this hotel is the new one.
At night at 4:30, the fire alarm went off and screamed for 10 minutes, I almost went deaf. No compensation for a sleepless night - it happens with us, the administrator replied.
In addition, the lack of basic details makes the stay uncomfortable:
There is no standard foot towel, there is not even a disposable shower gel, there is no water and tea.
There is tea and sugar in the suite, but there was nothing to stir the sugar with.
There are no shoe shoulder blades anywhere.
Hungry, sleepy, and of course angry, I'm writing this review. I do not recommend the hotel.

Firstly, you need to order 1.5 hours in advance, breakfast in the evening with the condition that there will be a lot of people, although there were no people at all, everything was empty, secondly the burger was cold, raw, with frozen cutlet and STALE bread!!! It's for that kind of money!! It's terrible! The pizza was with a burnt crust, when we asked to reheat the pizza for us, it was heated on a plate, although it was in a box, touched with hands, so there is no oven there, so the pizza was bought in a nearby pizzeria, so the wait is 1.5-2 hours, they order it somewhere and can't even warm it up properly And this is for 12k Russian rubles!!!! The price for one dinner is more than for the entire stay, it is terribly outrageous that such an institution is available at a hotel that does not have a kitchen, does not cook anything and just buys a freeze, does not heat up well and is sold for a lot of money

Overall, I really liked the hotel. Clean, fresh renovation. The polite staff (and the grumpy cleaner, apparently there was a full house on the day of our check-in)
are among the advantages:

I didn't like the hotel at all. Yes, it is new and modern, but it seems that there was not enough money for furniture in the rooms.
The rooms are clean, you can't say anything.
They asked for a room on the ground floor, and we were offered it when booking, because there is a reason for that, but they settled us on the second floor, arguing that it would take a long time for the room to be cleaned…
The breakfasts and cafes are not bad, but they are not included in the room rate.
The impressions of the hotel leave much to be desired.
It looks like a flophouse.
Probably the owners need to be puzzled by the terms of the services provided.

It was cool in the corner room, the battery was turned to maximum, and it didn't help much. With the temperature outside around -9, it was uncomfortable inside. There is no mirror in the hallway, and when you go to the hotel, you expect that there will be shower gel and shampoo. There was no such thing, there was only liquid soap. Some hotels provide disposable brushes and paste. There is something to work on, so the score is 4, but it's easy to catch up to 5, hopefully they will improve.
