We had a rest at this hotel. Everything is fine, except for mosquitoes, it is not possible to sit near the pool and on the benches in the evening, mosquitoes just eat. There are also clouds of mosquitoes in the rooms and in the hotel itself, even in the elevator. The management of the hotel could carry out measures to destroy mosquitoes.
The location is excellent, the sea is 50m away, clean, the hotel has a swimming pool! Near the market, shops. The room is clean, there is a hairdryer, refrigerator, TV.The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a pity the breakfasts are monotonous, 2 weeks and the menu is the same (
We were on NG. A mid-level hotel. There are breakfasts. There was a banquet for the holiday. It's delicious, even very tasty, but without frills. The only question for the owners is why the NG celebration was turned into a birthday greeting for their friends or relatives. What kind of disrespect for your guests? People came here to celebrate, not to share someone's birthday celebration with you. The selection of music for the dance floor was designed for a very large contingent. The young people were not interested in dancing. The show was good, as was the fireworks. The rooms are clean more or less. They rarely clean and somehow not willingly. The Wi-Fi worked poorly, only next to the reception. The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. There were enough towels. Near the sea, 300 meters away, a market a couple of blocks away, a public transport stop. It takes about 25 minutes to walk along the embankment to the central part at a leisurely pace, 7 minutes by trolleybus. In general, we were satisfied.
The food is excellent, the menu is always varied. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. In the first two days, cockroaches ran in the san.node. The staff is polite.
The hotel is 7-storey, clean, the staff is polite, there are simply no interruptions with either light or water, which was very pleasant, the food is buffet, the choice is not great, but everything is very tasty, and no one was left hungry, the hotel is on the seashore, the balcony opens in the morning, you hear the sound of the surf, birdsong and breathing fresh sea air from the sea, it's just amazing, I definitely recommend it!
I was vacationing with children from August 14 to 26, 22. Our room was a 2-room suite on the 7th floor, 2 balconies, separate shower and toilet room, 2 air conditioners. The only drawback is that there is no full-length mirror in the room. Linen and towels were cleaned and changed regularly. Music didn't bother us until 23.00, because on vacation, rarely anyone goes to bed earlier. The food is varied, the food is delicious, my children are picky and they always found something to eat. The sea is very close, there are always free sun beds and umbrellas. There is a swimming pool, every morning it is cleaned and the sunbeds are wiped. I would return to the hotel again, but it will be when the airport is opened, because Sochi is a long way from Sukhum.
Great, the hotel is great, the staff is wonderful, helpful, kind.
The administration is highly qualified. there is parking, the kitchen is very good, clean. Bosein, Cafes nearby, the shore is clean.
I recommend...
Everything is just great. Location near the sea. We will live perfectly well. Breakfasts are generally a fairy tale, a variety for every taste. The hotel is clean and tidy. Well done guys! Keep it up.! We will definitely come here again.
I've been on vacation for two years in a row. Everything is fine, maybe not great, but a solid four (score, not a star, of course) for everything! The location is gorgeous, the sea is 3 minutes away. The service is adequate, they will help with accommodation, and with excursions, and where to go, and where to eat, etc. The rooms are neat, cleaning depends on the maid, on the 4th floor Natasha is a good girl! They cook both lunch and dinner-400 rubles, decent in taste and variety. They are building a swimming pool in the yard, it will be useful to someone. It's a pity they will raise the price tag, because now the price and quality match.
We lived in hotels in July 2022, since we are holding the ALTYN MAIDAN SUKHUMI festival in Sukhumi, so everything was fine. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners of the same type are one plus the location, but also the biggest minus is paid parking.
The owner of the hotel has a very large family, as during our 10-day vacation, 7 days of them were constantly whole families with the children of the owner of the hotel. (the men were drinking, the children were swimming like crazy in the pool, and their mothers were talking. It can be seen that the owner has a good profit, since the whole herd is grazing. There is no food from the word at all!!! Such a huge selection of dishes is just creepy!!! There is no smell of a Zhvedsky table there. An ordinary canteen. Breakfast is Herculean porridge, omelette, casserole (not always) tea or coffee, dinner pasta, buckwheat, liver or chicken stomachs, cutlets or fried chicken, (alternated with each other), and 2 types of Peking cabbage salad, tea or coffee. We didn't have any dinners. We went to the dining room, Sat down and ate, there is a much bigger and tastier choice, the price tag is normal. After dinner, I had to go to a cafe in 2 hours. If you go to this hotel, it's better without food. The beach is creepy, dirty, no one is watching it. The embankment is scary, there is not even anywhere to walk nearby, the hotel does not have a territory. The staff is not friendly. The rooms were clean. There is a swimming pool, but it would be nice to have a handrail to the ladder. I don't recommend it. It's boring, tasteless, and the owner is with his big family.
When I first arrived in Abkhazia, I was struck by the hospitality and cordiality of the people - they will tell me, help me, give me advice.
The hotel staff suggested possible options for recreation and guided a variety of excursions - on the first day I went for breakfast and after 30 minutes I went on an excursion to the Ricin Nature Reserve.
The rooms are clean, cozy, cleaning is carried out regularly, the breakfasts are delicious and hearty.
Great hotel! The rooms are not large, but there is everything you need for a good rest, good beds, comfortable mattresses, excellent breakfasts, the proximity of the beach and the pool in the courtyard is great!!!!
Excellent hotel in Sukhum, I had a rest at the end of May, June. Check-in is instant, the room was ready in advance. The staff is polite, the maids are neat, cleaning is daily or on demand. The rooms are carpeted (but this is a minus for me, since I am allergic) The food is normal, not very varied, but delicious. There was not enough fruit drinks for breakfast, dinner, in the morning there is only milk, nothing for dinner. There are few fruits, perhaps the beginning of the season has affected. The territory is small, but there is a beach just outside the gate. The beach is public, pebbles, quite large, breakwaters. Umbrellas, sun beds for a fee, 100rubles each. There is a tour desk in the lobby. The Internet is normal, I haven't seen parking.
There is also a cafe in the lobby, where you can have a delicious meal, but for a fee. And there are several gazebos and tables outside, you can sit with your own.
Clean room, comfortable bed, everything you need in the room. A wonderful conference hall, we came to the conference. Breakfast and lunch are buffet style, very tasty! The hotel is located in the city center, near the embankment, in the morning we went for a workout at the sea. We had a great rest and worked hard! I recommend.
I was in Abkhazia at the end of October, I booked a room in advance, the price is adequate, the room is clean, breakfast, lunch and dinner can be paid for and eaten in the hotel dining room. There is a guarded parking, a swimming pool, overall only a good impression!!!
It was the most flawed hotel in Sukhumi that I have ever seen. The rooms are locked with an ordinary iron key. The locks fall out of the well, the handles come off, the rooms are very cramped and shabby. Meals: breakfast. But, alas, I didn't even find anything to eat except an omelet. There are no fresh vegetables, coffee is only instant, sugar is poured with spoons from a sugar bowl. The beans are terribly cooked, the porridge looks like from the movie "difficult child", the dining room is killed. Advantages : the proximity of the beach and the promenade. She is very beautiful. Unattended dogs (like kind ones) are running around the territory. There was a fight at our hotel. Teams of athletes stay at the hotel. I probably wouldn't have given it more than two stars.
A good hotel, convenient location, delicious breakfasts, although not very diverse, comfortable beds in the rooms, but poor Internet, there is only at the reception...The price and quality are normal for Abkhazia...
The hotel is normal, a typical soviet department, but this is normal for Abkhazia. Waking up in the morning, I saw a bedbug coming down the curtain, but this, as they explained to me, is a normal phenomenon, since four years ago, there was an invasion of bedbugs on the city. But it's okay to stop and sleep together.
The hotel is located next to the sea, we liked the food, we took breakfasts and dinners as we went on excursions and returned in the evening, if necessary, lunch can also be ordered. There is a market near the hotel, where you can go for souvenirs.on the downside, room cleaning is not done every day, but after contacting the reception, the issue was resolved.
We need to get food for breakfast here, lunch and dinner are good. The soups are good, but I'm picky about food. The location is incredibly good! I will definitely come back here again! The management of the hotel, if you are reading the reviews, I beg you very much, even beg you, please do not do anything with the picture of Gamgia in the dining room!!! She is insanely beautiful and because of her, too, I am staying with you and coming back to you!
For this money, the best hotel with a swimming pool. Good location. Standard rooms. Breakfast is nothing outstanding. Of course, it already needs updating.
An expensive hotel. The pool is very small, the photo does not convey the real size.

Tired, poorly renovated in common areas, a hotel with shabby rooms. I do not want to visit the pool, it is located like in an industrial zone. The beach is close
One of the advantages of the hotel is a beautiful view from the window and the presence of balconies. Good elevators from 2007. The rest are solid disadvantages. The rooms are old and battered. The door handle was broken in the bathroom. The shower cabin is all old, shabby, the doors do not close well. The sink is small, when you wash all the water flows to the floor. At least the water was hot. The room is small, almost 90% of the space is occupied by a bed and two bedside tables. There is only one chair from the furniture. Mosquitoes! There are hordes of them. Everywhere. In the room, in the bathroom, in the hallway, in the elevator. We lived in October and had to turn on 2 fumigators at once, and change the plate every 2 hours. We slept with a closed balcony. Food is terrible. There is no buffet there, not even close. Breakfast consists of oatmeal and rice porridge, scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausages, pasta, buns and apples. No sausage, no cheese, no fruit, no olives, no pastries. The dinner is about the same in variety. In total, this hotel hardly pulls in 2 stars. There are no 4 stars even in sight. In Abkhazia, you can find a much better place for that kind of money.
We rested from September 5 to 15, brought transfers late, hungry, tired (+ the plane was delayed for 1.5 h. night flight), refused to feed, fed when they began to be indignant. 15sent said lunch is not allowed (day of departure), for 10 days. 70t was taken away.they are unfriendly at the reception! Still learning and learning about the travel business!
The rooms are clean, the breakfast is Swedish, everything is delicious, there is a free pool, the hotel is located in the city center, the staff is respectful, the service is good
The hotel is located almost on the embankment. The breakfasts are very tasty with local homemade products. The rooms are clean and budget. An unpleasant smell of dampness on the ground floors. The staff is unobtrusive.
We had a rest in August. A super hotel. We were satisfied with everything and the room and the breakfast and the pool. We will definitely come back. The location is super and the promenade and the market are within walking distance
We stayed at this hotel from the second of September to the 9th of September. It so happened that my husband and I were there, but there were only 3 places left. rooms and we took a chance, but we thought that we were paying only for a bed (there was such an experience in Vietnam), but it turned out that we also paid half board for 3 people. I didn't give anything to solve the issue of one person attending lunch. They chased us from one to the other and THAT's IT. An employee met us with a stony face...... I got the impression that I came home to her and I want something else!!! September 5th was a birthday, but no one celebrated, although there was a mark on the tour......... LITTLE THINGS, but not pleasant! Of course, I will not return there anymore and I will not advise anyone, although 2 people visited this place on my recommendation. It's also bad that all the food is served cold.
The room was taken for three people . Three separate beds. The TV is on the wall. The refrigerator is small, table, chairs, dishes. The cooler is on the floor, so there was no kettle! Convenient! A small toilet and a shower cabin. There's a closet in the hallway. The hotel is located in the center! 100 steps from the sea and who needs the market. Breakfasts are like Soviet times, buns, fresh cottage cheese and sour cream. Tea, coffee.omelette, sausages, porridge and pasta. Fruits: apples! Everything is fine! The price is a fairy tale! October!
Good rooms, helpful staff, excellent cuisine is very diverse, near the sea, there is Parking, Wi-Fi works well in the hotel, one minus is sometimes the lights are turned off at night from 12:00 to 03:00, sometimes during the day, respectively, there is no Wi-Fi at once
The rooms are clean, the furniture, bed linen and towels are not washed without stains. The TV, air conditioning, and water heater were working. Although not close to the border, but it's worth it. There is a buffet in the dining room, the assortment is not large, but everything is very tasty, breakfast, lunch, dinner, there were a lot of people in the dining room, but the waiters promptly replenished the food on delivery. The hotel is located 3 minutes from the embankment and the sea, Wi-Fi was caught on the territory of the hotel for 5 balls, including in the rooms. Will I go to this hotel again, most likely yes, the price of accommodation was slightly more than the cost of guest houses of questionable service.
I live in a hotel on the 4th floor, constantly, the Internet goes out in the room! If it's a weekday, working hours, then a specialist will come and restore it, and if the Internet went out on the weekend, you will be without Internet until Monday!
Great location of the hotel! The food is delicious (buffet) I highly recommend this place! There are many cafes nearby , an embankment with various entertainments!
+++excellent staff. No, not like that - wonderful people!
++pretty fresh renovation.
kitchen: basically normal. potato lottery (raw pieces are often found). once the chicken was rotten. Everything was top-notch on the outside, but it was rotten on the bone. this is the fattest joint in the kitchen.
I have never seen such cheap, disgusting toilet paper. I didn't even know she existed. but it is there.
and so, in principle, for those to whom the crown does not squeeze the skull - the very thing.
Everything was great for me, some Turkish 4-star hotels were worse both in terms of service and food. It is located on the 1st line, opposite a clean beach, although it is a wrench, but this is the biggest inconvenience. I recommend
The hotel itself and the location are normal, as for the staff, when checking out at 3 a.m., they forgot a new jacket in the room, an hour later they called the agency, they already contacted the hotel, no one found anything, we won't eat there anymore and friends were dissuaded.
This is not the first time we have rested in this hotel. The rooms are cozy, the food is delicious and varied, the sea is just around the corner, what else do you need?)
The reception is always ready to help with any question. A particularly responsive girl is Natalia,
