We had a rest at this hotel. Everything is fine, except for mosquitoes, it is not possible to sit near the pool and on the benches in the evening, mosquitoes just eat. There are also clouds of mosquitoes in the rooms and in the hotel itself, even in the elevator. The management of the hotel could carry out measures to destroy mosquitoes.

We were on NG. A mid-level hotel. There are breakfasts. There was a banquet for the holiday. It's delicious, even very tasty, but without frills. The only question for the owners is why the NG celebration was turned into a birthday greeting for their friends or relatives. What kind of disrespect for your guests? People came here to celebrate, not to share someone's birthday celebration with you. The selection of music for the dance floor was designed for a very large contingent. The young people were not interested in dancing. The show was good, as was the fireworks. The rooms are clean more or less. They rarely clean and somehow not willingly. The Wi-Fi worked poorly, only next to the reception. The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. There were enough towels. Near the sea, 300 meters away, a market a couple of blocks away, a public transport stop. It takes about 25 minutes to walk along the embankment to the central part at a leisurely pace, 7 minutes by trolleybus. In general, we were satisfied.

The hotel is 7-storey, clean, the staff is polite, there are simply no interruptions with either light or water, which was very pleasant, the food is buffet, the choice is not great, but everything is very tasty, and no one was left hungry, the hotel is on the seashore, the balcony opens in the morning, you hear the sound of the surf, birdsong and breathing fresh sea air from the sea, it's just amazing, I definitely recommend it!

I was vacationing with children from August 14 to 26, 22. Our room was a 2-room suite on the 7th floor, 2 balconies, separate shower and toilet room, 2 air conditioners. The only drawback is that there is no full-length mirror in the room. Linen and towels were cleaned and changed regularly. Music didn't bother us until 23.00, because on vacation, rarely anyone goes to bed earlier. The food is varied, the food is delicious, my children are picky and they always found something to eat. The sea is very close, there are always free sun beds and umbrellas. There is a swimming pool, every morning it is cleaned and the sunbeds are wiped. I would return to the hotel again, but it will be when the airport is opened, because Sochi is a long way from Sukhum.

I've been on vacation for two years in a row. Everything is fine, maybe not great, but a solid four (score, not a star, of course) for everything! The location is gorgeous, the sea is 3 minutes away. The service is adequate, they will help with accommodation, and with excursions, and where to go, and where to eat, etc. The rooms are neat, cleaning depends on the maid, on the 4th floor Natasha is a good girl! They cook both lunch and dinner-400 rubles, decent in taste and variety. They are building a swimming pool in the yard, it will be useful to someone. It's a pity they will raise the price tag, because now the price and quality match.

The owner of the hotel has a very large family, as during our 10-day vacation, 7 days of them were constantly whole families with the children of the owner of the hotel. (the men were drinking, the children were swimming like crazy in the pool, and their mothers were talking. It can be seen that the owner has a good profit, since the whole herd is grazing. There is no food from the word at all!!! Such a huge selection of dishes is just creepy!!! There is no smell of a Zhvedsky table there. An ordinary canteen. Breakfast is Herculean porridge, omelette, casserole (not always) tea or coffee, dinner pasta, buckwheat, liver or chicken stomachs, cutlets or fried chicken, (alternated with each other), and 2 types of Peking cabbage salad, tea or coffee. We didn't have any dinners. We went to the dining room, Sat down and ate, there is a much bigger and tastier choice, the price tag is normal. After dinner, I had to go to a cafe in 2 hours. If you go to this hotel, it's better without food. The beach is creepy, dirty, no one is watching it. The embankment is scary, there is not even anywhere to walk nearby, the hotel does not have a territory. The staff is not friendly. The rooms were clean. There is a swimming pool, but it would be nice to have a handrail to the ladder. I don't recommend it. It's boring, tasteless, and the owner is with his big family.

The hotel staff suggested possible options for recreation and guided a variety of excursions - on the first day I went for breakfast and after 30 minutes I went on an excursion to the Ricin Nature Reserve.
The rooms are clean, cozy, cleaning is carried out regularly, the breakfasts are delicious and hearty.

Excellent hotel in Sukhum, I had a rest at the end of May, June. Check-in is instant, the room was ready in advance. The staff is polite, the maids are neat, cleaning is daily or on demand. The rooms are carpeted (but this is a minus for me, since I am allergic) The food is normal, not very varied, but delicious. There was not enough fruit drinks for breakfast, dinner, in the morning there is only milk, nothing for dinner. There are few fruits, perhaps the beginning of the season has affected. The territory is small, but there is a beach just outside the gate. The beach is public, pebbles, quite large, breakwaters. Umbrellas, sun beds for a fee, 100rubles each. There is a tour desk in the lobby. The Internet is normal, I haven't seen parking.
There is also a cafe in the lobby, where you can have a delicious meal, but for a fee. And there are several gazebos and tables outside, you can sit with your own.

It was the most flawed hotel in Sukhumi that I have ever seen. The rooms are locked with an ordinary iron key. The locks fall out of the well, the handles come off, the rooms are very cramped and shabby. Meals: breakfast. But, alas, I didn't even find anything to eat except an omelet. There are no fresh vegetables, coffee is only instant, sugar is poured with spoons from a sugar bowl. The beans are terribly cooked, the porridge looks like from the movie "difficult child", the dining room is killed. Advantages : the proximity of the beach and the promenade. She is very beautiful. Unattended dogs (like kind ones) are running around the territory. There was a fight at our hotel. Teams of athletes stay at the hotel. I probably wouldn't have given it more than two stars.

One of the advantages of the hotel is a beautiful view from the window and the presence of balconies. Good elevators from 2007. The rest are solid disadvantages. The rooms are old and battered. The door handle was broken in the bathroom. The shower cabin is all old, shabby, the doors do not close well. The sink is small, when you wash all the water flows to the floor. At least the water was hot. The room is small, almost 90% of the space is occupied by a bed and two bedside tables. There is only one chair from the furniture. Mosquitoes! There are hordes of them. Everywhere. In the room, in the bathroom, in the hallway, in the elevator.We lived in October and had to turn on 2 fumigators at once, and change the plate every 2 hours. We slept with a closed balcony. Food is terrible. There is no buffet there, not even close. Breakfast consists of oatmeal and rice porridge, scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausages, pasta, buns and apples. No sausage, no cheese, no fruit, no olives, no pastries. The dinner is about the same in variety. In total, this hotel hardly pulls in 2 stars. There are no 4 stars even in sight. In Abkhazia, you can find a much better place for that kind of money.

It so happened that my husband and I were there, but there were only 3 places left. rooms and we took a chance, but we thought that we were paying only for a bed (there was such an experience in Vietnam), but it turned out that we also paid half board for 3 people. I didn't give anything to solve the issue of one person attending lunch. They chased us from one to the other and THAT's IT. An employee met us with a stony face...... I got the impression that I came home to her and I want something else!!! September 5th was a birthday, but no one celebrated, although there was a mark on the tour......... LITTLE THINGS, but not pleasant! Of course, I will not return there anymore and I will not advise anyone, although 2 people visited this place on my recommendation.
