We returned only from the Gypsophila Hotel in Turkey. Thank you so much for choosing Valeria's tour. All issues were resolved remotely, which was a huge plus for us.
In general, the rest is great!
Everything was fine at the hotel, but there is something to work on. We rested with a child (2 years old), so we paid attention to safety and sterility. I will note the global disadvantages of room cleaning (despite the constant tips). One of the advantages is animation, and of course the beautiful and large territory of the hotel, and of course the views are amazing.
No more than 20-30 percent of Russian-speaking vacationers.
The hotel is strong 4, or stretched 5.
We will not return to the hotel, but we will definitely come here for the selection of a tour. 👍Thank you, Valeria 🤍

We rested at the Albatross Beach Hotel from 03/31/2034 to 04/11/2024.
I really liked the hotel, very beautiful territory, lots of greenery, very clean and tidy. The rooms are good, we had a bungalow paid for by the voucher, but at the reception they asked for a larger room and without additional payment we were given a larger room in the main building. The food is excellent, everything is fresh, there is a fish restaurant. I really liked the breakfasts. The entrance to the sea is excellent, comfortable, nothing pricks my legs. I really liked the coffee, there is a bar where they cook delicious food. Animation every evening, first for children, then some kind of performance. We would definitely recommend it to our friends.

I would like to mention the professional work of Intercity. It was not easy for us to choose a suitable tour due to the limited time before the start of the trip, a short vacation and a number of certain requirements that were important to us. We also did not yet have a clear definition of the direction where we would like to go. Before contacting Intercity, we visited several travel agencies with whom we had previously gone on vacation several times, but this time everything was unsuccessful. We came to Intercity (Grodno) and everything worked out! Manager Katerina has done almost the impossible. She approached the selection of our tour very responsibly and patiently, tried to understand as much as possible what we want and take into account all our preferences, offered many options that could potentially suit us. As a result, we purchased a tour to Thailand. We were very pleased with the trip! Everything we expected, we got, and it even exceeded our expectations! Thank you very much to Katerina. Just the other day we returned from vacation.... It was the most unforgettable trip! The organization of the tour was excellent! The hotel was chosen perfectly, all conditions coincided with the wishes. On all points of the top ten! For all this, I want to express my sincere gratitude to the employee Ekaterina, first of all for her professional approach to work, as well as for her attentiveness and lucid explanation. This is not the first time I have contacted the Intercity company for the selection of tours and I am satisfied. I always get the best deals within my budget.
The manager is constantly in touch and ready to answer any questions, customer-oriented. I like that communication is maintained at all stages of the holiday, the manager is interested in checking in, whether the hotel has met expectations, the quality of the restaurant, the beach, gives advice on the situation.
We flew to Turkey this year. Next, we will try other directions and I am sure that we will come back to Intercity.

I was vacationing in Turkey at the Oba Time Hotel 4*.
An urban-type hotel with good food, the rooms are neat and fresh, the staff is very attentive, a cameral atmosphere, sun beds on the beach (500 m from the hotel), umbrellas for free, wi-fi everywhere.
Thanks to Olga for her attentiveness, she knows how to hear wishes and preferences in the selection of holidays! Always in touch!

We decided with my wife to go on vacation to the sea, we will immediately determine that this is the first independent appeal to a travel agency (when you go with your parents, you do not think about everything and how), and then you have to do everything yourself. We reviewed a bunch of options from tour operators, wrote to more than one chat and the choice fell on the INTERCITY company. Why her?!The prices are still quite good, and most importantly, the attitude. I am very grateful to the consultant Olga, who picked up the tour and called back to clarify the points and answered all questions always, I repeat ALWAYS without a single hint that she was tired. Since this is the first experience, the attitude plays a sooo big role. We haven't flown to the tour yet, but we will definitely leave a review about the work of the company as a whole after arriving from vacation.

I am very happy with my vacation , immensely grateful to Intercity for its organization 🔥🔥🔥
In winter, my husband and I wanted to fly to Dubai, we chose tours from different tour operators, and it was in intercity that prices were lower than everywhere else by 50-100 dollars and a search for hotels with comments (which is close, which is far)
But it didn 't work out to sing then due to our circumstances .
Now, (end of May, June) I contacted Intercity again and I was quickly picked up by hotels according to my preferences in Egypt, also with comments, when I decided on the hotel I was given a bunch of departure dates with prices,
In short, even before the rest, I liked everything, although I am a very demanding and anxious person 😂
The rest itself was on top, we chose a "children's" hotel in Charm, the children are delighted (4 and 2 years old) the food is super, the animation is gorgeous (although I don't like it very much, but this hotel is top) the Egyptians almost all in the hotel spoke Russian, smiled, even hugged before our departure ✨

For many years in a row, we have entrusted our vacation to InterCity. And this year was no exception. Thanks to Olga, a representative of this agency, our family had a rest in sunny Egypt (Sunny Days El Palacio Hotel). As always, the rest was excellent, despite the slight difficulties when checking into the hotel (we had a room with a sea view, but on the ground floor, where we immediately got, because of the dense vegetation, the sea was not visible; then, with perseverance, we managed to check into a room with a view of the lagoon and the sea. By the way, most of these rooms are there) . Some Egyptians also don't understand Russian well or pretend they don't understand it when they need to.
But all this was forgotten when the next morning, waking up and going out on the balcony, we were pleasantly shocked by the beauty of the sea, palm trees, ships... We didn't see this on the first day, as we checked in late at night when it was dark.
The sea is gorgeous, the hotel grounds are very beautiful and well maintained. And where to swim – choose! If you want to go to the open sea, please, if you want to dive in a gentle lagoon, if you want to go into the water from a sandy, clean shore without a single pebble, no problem ( this approach is especially important for families with children)!
As for food, you will not stay hungry here🥞🧀🍗🥩🍔🌭🥚🍳🍲🥗🍜🦑. Very tasty pastries. Melon, dates and oranges were given from fruits. Ice cream is served from 12.00 to 14.00. True, sometimes it looked like a milkshake...
Wi-fi is free only in the lobby bar, but it catches a little poorly. That's why we bought a SIM card for $20.
Holidays in Egypt cannot be imagined without excursions! We had two of them: to the pyramids ( there was also a walk along the Nile) and to Orange Island ( with stops for swimming in the open sea) . Each of them has left a special mark on our soul💛💚💙

After paying for the tour, the help from Intercity is over.
The first and last time we used the services of this operator. We fly often, but we have never met such an attitude.
1. A family with two children (1 and 3 years old) was left at the airport at night. It turned out that they were waiting for only 15 minutes, we left after 20 (we were changing diapers for the child), how were we supposed to know this, it's unclear why we didn't get a call - too
2. We traveled along Fortune 5 *, settled in a hotel that barely reaches the top three, moreover, and without access to the sea!!! They are settling a family with children in the hotel without access to the sea!!! It would be nice if those who sell vouchers warned about such options... but they are unlikely to understand this.
3. In the "5*" hotel, they could not find and provide a baby cot until the end of the holiday... only on the 4th day they gave a dirty children's playpen... a one-year-old child had to sleep with his parents for 2 weeks ...
this is not a small thing that he had to face.
I do not recommend this company to anyone!!! Disregard and incompetence!!!
