Many thanks to the manager Tatiana for an unusual and interesting vacation in the Egyptian Maldives in Mersa Matruh. She very professionally offered me a budget vacation at the Beau Site Hotel. Meals: half board. I highly recommend it to those who follow the figure. There is a lot of food, the food is exquisite - fish, seafood every day, meat, fruits, pastries, national sweet desserts. And you have time to rest from breakfast to dinner. The hotel is located in a bay, there are no big waves here, the entrance is gentle, the depth begins 10 meters from the shore. The water has an unusually bright blue color. The hotel has its own beach, which is very convenient, because on public beaches in Mersa Matruh it is customary to sit on chairs, and here, in addition to chairs, there are tents with mattresses. The hotel is clean, the staff is polite and friendly. Oriental music plays in the evenings. Well, in the city outside the gates of the hotel there is a real oriental flavor: Muslim clothes, shops, life boils all night. During my stay, there were no more Russian-speaking tourists, the staff speaks English, I think that knowledge of the language is necessary for comfortable communication.
Of the cons: there is not enough water, they give two bottles, the rest needs to be bought, and the card does not work everywhere, cash is needed.
I am very happy with my vacation and will definitely return to Tatiana's Intercity.

I had a vacation in Egypt (Sharm el Sheikh, Promenade Resort Moutain Side hotel) from 07/26/2016. to 08/06/2024. The hotel is normal, the room has everything you need. Furniture, shower, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, TV, mini fridge, hair dryer, tea and coffee set, shampoo, gel, drinking water are updated as needed. The food is ordinary, cooked deliciously, there is a choice. The staff is polite, pleasant, friendly. They respond to any request. The hotel is well located, in 5-8 minutes you can easily walk to the state pharmacy and Mango Market, in 30 minutes to the Fix Price and the Old Market for buying all kinds of gifts. The beach is good, there were always enough sun beds and umbrellas, the entrance to the sea is gentle, absolutely shallow, corals are not needed unless you are going to go somewhere else where there will be corals.Wi-Fi takes you even on the beach. For more than 10 years we have been vacationing with intercity and a great agent Tatiana, who always helps with the choice of a resort, hotel, promptly selects a tour and keeps up to date with all changes. This time we flew to Qatar to the Sheraton hotel, I did not even look at all the proposed hotels in detail, but simply stopped at the option that Tatiana highlighted. We had a rest from 08/06/2024 in Charm at the NOVOTEL hotel on the second coastline. This hotel is part of the infrastructure of the NOVOTEL BEACH hotel, which is located on the first coastline. All entertainment programs and animation for children take place there. This hotel is for those who like active recreation. At the hotel on the second line, nothing happened in the evening. This hotel is for those who love silence. Of the advantages, I want to note a well-groomed territory, three swimming pools, there are always free sun beds. On the downside, I didn't like the fact that the rooms have old furniture and plumbing. Towels were changed every day, the water in the room was regular, but the bed was never in 14 days of stay. In terms of nutrition, 5 stars does not pull at all. The menu is quite monotonous. If something was cooked on the spot, you had to stand in line. It was annoying. But the biggest disadvantage for me was the lack of air conditioning in the restaurant. And this is for a hotel of this level. In general, this is a hotel for lovers of relaxing holidays, who like to walk around the territory, climb the hill, as some bungalows are located on the 2nd and 3rd lines. And now about the good things. I would like to express my gratitude to the manager Tatiana. It's not the first time we've had a vacation with her. She is always attentive, will answer all your questions, advise you on the best way, and ask how your vacation is going. Thank her very much. The man is in his place.

We would like to express our gratitude to Tatiana and Vlad, the office of the Sportivnaya metro station Minsk for our wonderful vacation in Montenegro on 23.07-31.07.2024. We chose the Dimic Elite 4* hotel, breakfast was included, we always left with a full belly) It was 5 minutes to the sea, we chose the beach we liked. The restaurants are wonderful, for seafood and fish lovers it's just a paradise)Nature is fascinating: mountains, sea, trees. The flight is wonderful, even with a transfer in Istanbul, but we had time to walk around the huge airport and shops. Thank you for supporting our desire to visit this beautiful country)

I am very grateful to Tatiana for the prompt selection of our unexpected vacation with children.
The tour was a burning one to Qatar. Meals: all inclusive.
I was delighted with the country of rest (trip 16.06-25.06.) Yes, it was hot, the plane was a family one, the majority with children. They hit the Muslims. it was a holiday, so the food was in a beautiful restaurant, the menu was mega diverse and entertainment for children was with sweet gifts, then it was a little worse (food was moved to the canteen, the assortment became poorer (the abundance of ore products disappeared). The juices are very tasty, the alcohol is all from good quality bottles. The ice cream for the children was unlimited - very tasty. In the pool and at sea, the watchful eyes of rescuers will not let anyone go under the water. You can safely leave with the children, they are being looked after. The kids' club is sooo thoughtful, there are board games, cartoons, animators can centrally drive children to eat.
Of the cons: it's a little hot even in the evening. There is no evening animation. At 19:00, they are kicked out of the pool, then only eat and there is nothing much to do if you do not take a taxi and go to the city.
In general, rest is an aesthetic delight. A country worth visiting. It's a different world.

And again, we spent a wonderful vacation with Intercity and our constant travel agent, a wonderful specialist and simply beautiful Kolosovskaya Tatiana. Thank her from the bottom of my heart! We were vacationing in Turkey, in the village of Cholakli, the Orpheus Park hotel, me, my husband and a 15-year-old child. The hotel is great, I really liked it. If you arrive without a penny (lira) of money, you don't have to think about anything. The hotel will take care of you: the food is good and almost the whole day (as well as on the beach), the rooms are clean, with air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. The linen is good, they change it often, they give towels to the beach and you can change them at least every day. Dolmushik takes you to the sea...but it's not even convenient to use it somehow...walk for 5-7 minutes at most on a flat road. The beach has all the infrastructure and an excellent awning, you could always find a place. But the neighboring luxury Sural Shed with sun protection was not lucky...flimsy umbrellas with holes did not save. Even people wandered into our place, but our beach guard-cleaner famously chased them away. The entrance to the sea opposite is problematic, but slightly towards the Sural and you will be happy! The sea was clean, calm, incredibly warm for this time - from 15.06 to 28.06. Now it's probably boiling water at all. There are 2 more pools in the hotel, one with a slide, on which not only children, but also weighty people moved out. You can write a lot, the hotel is excellent in its range. The only thing I do not recommend is food and silence for families with very young children. As it is, everything is fine.

We flew to Qatar, Doha, for our honeymoon. Initially, we considered Turkey, but without enthusiasm, since no one in Minsk could offer us anything good in our budget and with departure from Minsk. All that was required of us was to arrive at the airport and board the right plane. They chewed everything up to us, so there were no questions.
Tatiana offered us Qatar, Doha, and we did not regret it at all. This, of course, cannot be described in words — this beauty needs to be seen live. The hotel was very nice: everything was clean, water was always brought, the food was great, for every taste — from seafood to four types of meat. I don't have enough pages to fit everything at once. I am torn apart by good emotions from such views!!! I will not forget this best trip!!! Thank you, Tatiana! We are now only yours!

03/22/2024 we got into an Arabic fairy tale! The hotel has the highest rating! Clean, pompous, all in colors, settled quickly. The room had everything from a hair dryer to a toothbrush. Huge + private beach with sun beds and umbrellas. The food is varied and delicious. We were especially pleased that the hotel has Russian-speaking staff (Belarusians and Kazakhs). Our native Belarusian Anastasia, a wonderful person, very attentive, advised where to go, what to see, how to get to the sights and is always in touch, even on her day off.
A very beautiful Doha simply amazed us with its color during Ramadan!
Everything was at the highest level!

We had a rest in Sharm El-Sheikh in early February 2024, flew from InterCity. Manager Tatiana helped us choose the necessary option with a sandy approach to the sea, as a result, we settled in Ivy Cyrene Sharm and did not regret it. For Egypt, the hotel was great, with working Wi-Fi in the room, delicious food, excellent animators and, of course, the warm sea.
The company also ordered an excursion with a flight to Cairo to view the pyramids, everything was well organized!
And in the end, there was a flight delay for a day, Tatiana was constantly in touch and suggested what to do, they were transported to another hotel to wait for the flight!

Tatiana said that we should fly))) and I didn't regret it for a second. Doha is a very comfortable, beautiful, well-groomed and hospitable city. I really liked the La Maison hotel, but it's a long way to get to the beach, the Uber app saved me). Otherwise, everything is accessible, it is hot, but for those who tolerate the heat well, there is no discomfort. I had to adjust a little to the local culture and not bare my shoulders and knees. Direct flight to Belavia. 5 with a tail of hours and you are in a fairy tale. By the way, Belavia, as always, is on top. We have been flying with them for the umpteenth time: they will feed and give us water))). The Grand Sheraton Hotel is just a fairy tale... A chic room that even has a coffee machine, bathrobes and disposable slippers with stunning views of the Persian Gulf and the city of Doha. There is a private beach below, which is full of free sunbeds and gazebos at any time. The staff cleans the room every day and is ready to fulfill all your wishes. The chef asks every day in the restaurant if you are satisfied with everything. There are Russian-speaking administrators Anastasia (big greetings to her) and Russian-speaking waiters. The location is excellent, right in the center of Doha. The metro is 20 minutes away at a calm pace, and if you take a shortcut, then all 15. DECC metro station. There is also a 4-storey Corfour hypermall with an exchanger, although you can pay with a card everywhere. You can easily get to all the attractions of Doha by metro, it costs only $ 2 for the whole day (including trams and electric buses). We've been everywhere we can... In general, the trip was wonderful, there were a lot of impressions. Now it remains only to deal with a bunch of photos))). And thanks again to Intercity!!!! We are with you!!!

Just returned from a wonderful vacation in the UAE! The combined tour was picked up by Tatyana Kolosovskaya. Thank you so much for another vacation! At first, we rested in Fujairah, and then for three days in Dubai. Hotels (Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort and Millenium Al Barsha) liked it. Good location, clean, cozy. The breakfast-dinner meal was quite satisfactory for us. Check-in is fast, the staff is friendly. Cleaning was daily.

We have just returned from the UAE, had a family vacation in July 2023 (a family of 4 people, children 13 and 16). We are all stunned! The rest exceeded all our expectations! Thanks a lot to Tatiana Kolosovskaya, she helped us make a choice, picked up the hotels that were perfect for us. Special thanks to Tatiana for advising us to divide our vacation into 2 parts: for 9 days we enjoyed the color and tranquility of the Emirate of Ajman and for 3 days we admired and lived in gorgeous Dubai.
In Ajman, we lived at the Wyndham Garden Ajman Hotel. Sometimes, when you come on vacation, you look at other hotels and think why you didn't book one or the other. So, there has never been such a thought here. Wyndham Garden Ajman is the perfect hotel for a holiday! Excellent service, delicious and varied food: meat and seafood dishes, lots of fruits and vegetables. Our family was settled in 2 rooms, which was also a pleasant surprise, because we were counting on a two-room room (this was one of the rooms) and a separate one-room room for children. Everyone was very satisfied with this option! We arrived at 13:00, we didn't have to wait until 14, we were given the keys to two rooms at once. The beach at the hotel is across the street, there were enough sun beds for everyone, towels were in place. The sea, of course, is too warm in July, but the hotel has a swimming pool, the water in which is specially cooled! Next to the pool, you can pamper yourself in the Jacuzzi. Those who want to get hot can visit the sauna. There is a gym. All the windows in the hotel overlook the sea, you can always enjoy the beautiful view from the panoramic window or sitting on the balcony.
We didn't go anywhere in Ajman, to nearby cafes and shops, but went on several excursions. The trip to Dubai is unforgettable! Everything that we visited impressed us and remained in our memory forever. The history of the island of Palma was especially striking!
We also went on an excursion to the desert. Not for the faint of heart! Jeep riding on the dunes, meeting with a herd of camels, camel riding, evening concert and delicious food. Lots of impressions and emotions!
We went to Oman, dived with masks in the Arabian Sea, fished and rode a banana.
Then we went to Dubai. The Indigo Dubai Downtown Hotel in Dubai is not a hotel, but an art gallery! There are so many interesting things in the room, in the lobby, in the restaurant - everywhere. There are even guided tours. We lived again in two rooms located next to each other. The view from the window, the rooms, the food, the service - everything is at the highest level! The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the largest shopping and entertainment center in the world, Dubai Mall, next to the world's tallest skyscraper Burj Khalifa and enchanting Singing fountains.
We have been traveling from the Intercity agency for more than 10 years, each time Tatiana picked up what our family needed. Tatiana will not advise anything bad)). I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed from 31-07.08.23 at the Onkel Resort Hotel.
Direct flight from Minsk, 5.5 hours, there were no problems with tickets and transfer, it's not far to go from the airport.
Immediately one huge minus that can spoil the mood, we paid the tour operator extra for a room with a sea view, which is marked in the voucher (not partial!), upon arrival we settled in another room altogether, there are a lot of tourists, turning a blind eye to this, the next day we were without apologies and compensations, with great surprise that we want that what they paid for, and not a view of the road and the market, they settle with a PARTIAL view of the sea, no one wanted to figure it out and there was not even a conversation about relocation!It's a shame, annoying, sad and sad, so as not to spoil the mood, we decided to close our eyes, we came to the sea, but there was a sediment!There are questions about cleaning, they cleaned with us and it's to take out the trash, pour the product on the floor and rub IT READY!
From the good, the hotel is really comfortable,incredibly beautiful views of the otras,a lot of greenery and colors,an indoor and outdoor pool, a lot of sun beds,there are enough, there were no questions with towels either, there is a pier with sun beds, there is a descent to the water, there is also a special entrance to the sea, because there are pebbles everywhere and I advise you to take with a pair of slippers for rafting.Food for every taste, always fresh, enough and varied, alcohol is nothing new, a little diluted, but this is Turkey)
The animators are good, active, sometimes too much, but this is their job!Foam parties, a foam show,a white party, it was like having fun,darts,water polo,aerobics,exercises..
Opposite the hotel across the street there are shops with souvenirs and whatever your heart desires, they are friendly, like to bargain, they are always pleased to treat you at least with tea!
To sum up, I could recommend this hotel, but take note that the room will be given the one they want, no matter how much you pay!

Recently returned from Turkey. Sueno Hotels Beach Hotel. The hotel is good. The impressions are excellent from the rest and the excursions are excellent.
A huge territory - beautiful plantings, a bunch of all kinds of pools, an adult water park, children's water slides, fountains, an amusement park was pleasantly pleased (minimally, but everything you need to ride, cars, slides, carousels, shooting range, etc.).
Children's animation almost the whole day until 12 at night, there is a children's city of professions. Of course, the animator girls would have had a little more life, but in general, the children had positive impressions.
In general, there are many kinds of entertainment, certainly more than 20 for every taste - football, volleyball, petanque, shooting range, darts, big-small tennis, water polo, billiards, badminton and more and more.
The hotel is quite fresh and clean. There were no problems with cleaning. in the morning or after lunch, but they will always clean it up.
About 20 different restaurants, cafes, places to eat. An interesting idea with a food street, where you can eat near the beach without going to the hotel. You can find everything from food in general - sushi, burgers, tortillas, soups, salads, fish, croissants, you can lick your fingers, you liked the huge baked potatoes in uniforms with vegetables in two hands. But.... there is not a wide variety of dishes. What you definitely won't find is a variety of fruits. There were only apples, bananas, plums, pears, watermelon. Sometimes melon, apricot, peach and nectarine are for dinner. There were no pineapples, grapes, cherries, strawberries, kiwis at all.
The beach is perfect. The sand. A gentle long entrance to the water. A huge pier with a bar. You can feed the fish from above. The sea is quite calm and warm - the water is fresh milk.
Not far from the ruins of the old Suen Mountain - you can walk along the coastline and see the huge stone city, which is 2000 years old. It's impressive.
Thanks to Vlad, we have already lost count of how many times we went on his recommendation and a separate respect to the hotel guide on the Turkish side... I handled everything, I was always in touch. He organized excellent individual transfers for us according to our requests at an adequate price, which was twice lower than local bombs. It turned out to be a rest without worries.
We recommend taking an individual transfer to the hotel for just an hour's drive versus 2.5 hours on a shared bus and we were picked up at the airport three hours before departure instead of five or six. We slept most of the night and left for the airport in the morning. We managed to do everything beautifully without haste.

Excellent operator! We have been using only their services for 5 years. Even in case of force majeure, they did not leave us without rest and organized a flight to the place where they let us in as soon as possible. In January 2022, we rested at LidoSarm hotel 4* (Egypt/Sharm el Sheikh). The rest was great, the reality exceeded expectations.
