So cozy and luxurious rooms, I stayed only a day but I used all spas, saunas, and swimming.. they are incredible. The staff is also polite and professional. I highly recommend staying at this hotel 🥰🥰

A modern chain hotel in a great location. The lobby is always beautiful and smells good, the fitness club there is not bad, but expensive, there is a swimming pool, clean, pleasant water, a lot of sun loungers, there is also a Jacuzzi quite large. The women's section has a hammam and sauna, its own recreation area, it is very pleasant to relax there. A separate pleasure is the means in the shower from Byredo. The staff is polite.

We celebrated the New Year in this hotel, we liked everything, a spacious room with a view of the central library, a great bathroom, a good bar. The only thing for me was the slightly cool water in the pool, I wanted a couple of degrees warmer, and the fact that I had to walk to the sauna and the locker room was also uncomfortable, since it was cool in the hallway. Friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, everything is great, I recommend

Friendly, attentive, courteous staff. We are always ready to pay attention, help, and prompt. The room is clean and spacious. Great view of the city. Beautiful work of florists on the ground floor. The pool has clear water, pleasant temperature. Be careful with the floors, it is slippery in shoes / slippers, barefoot does not slip. The breakfasts are delicious.

A wonderful hotel, cozy rooms, wonderful views from the window,good location, very helpful and responsible staff, always ready to help in any matter, the breakfast is fantastic, very varied and delicious, the waiters and chefs do everything to ensure that guests are satisfied with the food and service, I definitely recommend it to everyone!

The best hotel I've stayed in for more than 3 days. On Booking.com very similar information about the hotel is given and I confirm the quality of the equipment, service and staff of the hotel. Top things I liked:
- The bed is lovely, soft: 10/10;
- The pool is great: probably the longest pool I've ever swum in.
- The food, breakfasts and dinners are amazing.
- Conference rooms are comfortable, large, sound insulation is good.
- The technological equipment of the hotel is excellent.

A wonderful hotel! The junior suite is very well planned, the upper floors offer stunning views, the pool, Jacuzzi, sun beds are excellent. The lounge is presented with unexpectedly good alcohol, unusual snacks, chocolate and berries. There are also good hot national snacks. It was unpleasant to find the whole family in a bathroom with almost transparent doors. I had to isolate the entire area (shower, bathtub, sink with mirror) to go to the toilet. Bayredo's cosmetics were pleasantly surprised. The service is not bad, but it is still at the "trying, learning" stage.

A great hotel. You can't say anything bad. The service is even too polite, the food is excellent, the chefs are excellent. The breakfasts are beyond praise. The interior is very beautiful. This is the best hotel I've ever been to. But the price tag is certainly not very small.
