I did not live, I worked at the event as a journalist. Everything was organized at a high level, the hall was comfortable, the lobby was cozy, the restaurant was good. Especially they delivered a free Wi-Fi without a password and such edible installations in the lobby (see photo)

A wonderful hotel! The junior suite is very well planned, the upper floors offer stunning views, the pool, Jacuzzi, sun beds are excellent. The lounge is presented with unexpectedly good alcohol, unusual snacks, chocolate and berries. There are also good hot national snacks. It was unpleasant to find the whole family in a bathroom with almost transparent doors. I had to isolate the entire area (shower, bathtub, sink with mirror) to go to the toilet. Bayredo's cosmetics were pleasantly surprised. The service is not bad, but it is still at the "trying, learning" stage.

The best hotel I've stayed in for more than 3 days. On Booking.com very similar information about the hotel is given and I confirm the quality of the equipment, service and staff of the hotel. Top things I liked:
- The bed is lovely, soft: 10/10;
- The pool is great: probably the longest pool I've ever swum in.
- The food, breakfasts and dinners are amazing.
- Conference rooms are comfortable, large, sound insulation is good.
- The technological equipment of the hotel is excellent.

A good hotel, new, very high-quality rooms, good service, a little intrusive, but not critical. Lovely mattresses and pillows. There was a problem with wifi, I couldn't connect wifi in any way, and I had to transfer documents from my laptop. We decided for a long time, but we didn't calm down until we decided. First they found and gave me a flash drive, then they called some specialist who came specially to the hotel and did everything. Another example: we arrived at night and did not want to get up for breakfast, we asked to bring breakfast to the room when checking in. The manager said that in general they have breakfast in the room for extra money, but they will compliment us and bring it to the room. We just wrote on a piece of paper what we needed and the time (11:30). It was at 3:30 in the morning. To be honest, I was sure they wouldn't, and at 11:30, when no one came, I decided that I was right. But they were just 5 minutes late and at 11:35 they brought exactly what we asked for. Good service is determined not when everything is good and according to plan, but when there are problems and you can see how the hotel solves them.

Great, expensive, high-quality and restrained. Gatsby-style decoration, high-quality cleaning, well-trained staff combined with traditional hospitality. A great choice for breakfast, the local sparkling wine deserves high praise. All this is complemented by an excellent location near the metro and Amir Timur Square, walking distance to all the sights of the "new" Tashkent.

Positive impressions. I really liked the presence of a spa, swimming pool, hammam. The interior is recognizable, in the intercontinental style of the whole world, but there is its own flavor. A wonderful club area, the breakfast is above all praise. Excellent staff, we lived in a room with a furnished terrace, there was more than enough space, two tables, lighting, armchairs, a view of Tashkent, I did not want to leave) The furniture is new, comfortable, pillows and mattress are simply out of competition)

A great new modern hotel!
Before that, I often stayed at the Hyatt or the Hilton in Tashkent, where everything is also fine, but the Intercontinental turned out to be better due to the novelty of the building.
Nice interior. As long as everything works, everything is fine.

The hotel is generally lovely, but! There were a couple of moments for which I'm shooting a star. Excellent reception, well done guys. We arrived at night, settled in quickly, seeing that my husband was smoking, we offered a room with a terrace)) The room is good. The place at the hotel is central, everything is nearby. We visited the SPA a couple of times, a Jacuzzi and a swimming pool. There was also a sauna, but since it was on the other side of the floor, we decided not to run. The pool is long, overlooking the city.
I didn't like the air conditioner in the room, it showed 18.5, the temperature was not set less and it was constantly hot (it was impossible to sleep.
the set of toiletries is scarce: not in small, but in large cans with a dispenser soap, cream, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the shower. ONE set of brush and toothpaste. For three days, they never put a new one in, although in all other hotels where they were, brushes and paste are given every day. I was surprised by the lack of shower caps, it certainly should be.
There were bathrobes with slippers.
There was tea, coffee, and oil, but unfortunately they were not replenished every day, which also surprised me. On the last day, they didn't even put sugar in and put one bottle instead of two. Little things like that, but when you choose the "five" you hope that the hotel will provide the maximum services.

Everything is beautiful and clean. The staff is smiling and trying to please, I would say overly trying. At a certain point, it became annoying.
On the one hand, there is a sooo large selection of breakfasts, but you start to try and realize that the food is over-dried under the heated cloches, there are a lot of pastries, but it is wooden, as if it were several days old. It's good that you can order an omelet and oriental sweets are not afraid of spoiling.
I do not want to return to this hotel.

Attentive, courteous staff. Quick solution of questions and problems. The breakfast in the room is great. We booked a room with a terrace, where the bride spent the night and morning. The price is considerable, but there were moments for which I took off one star. Despite the fact that the hotel is young and the interiors are fresh, the room itself did not shine with cleanliness. The veranda is dirty, the floor of which ruined the photo shoot. Stains on the furniture, the palace is no longer luxury. And we could take an example from our Eastern colleagues, for example. Knowing that this is a special day for the bride, you can somehow add a twist to the number. But at least perfect cleanliness can be observed? We did not contact the reception about this, something was done, but it did not improve much.
In general, I would return to the hotel itself.
