I finally got to the hotel review. We were with a friend at the end of December, lived for a week. After staying at this hotel, I can confidently say that this is the worst Intercontinental I've been to. I left a review with the manager, but no one contacted me. In general, a very controversial hotel, it is clear that the repair was done carelessly, in the photo it is excellent, in fact a weak level. Very poor cleaning, the cleaners want tips for everything. Half of the baths did not work in the SPA, the roof burst on the first day and the pool no longer worked. The lights were turned off several times when I was in the bathroom. The cleaning lady came into the room while we were relaxing there. In general, on all fronts, this is not the level of the Intercontinental, I was shocked. I definitely don't recommend it, especially for the money we left there.

A wonderful hotel! The service is of the highest class. Spacious and very comfortable rooms, equipped with everything you need, several restaurants and bars, a fitness center, a spa with a swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

What comments can be given to a hotel of an international brand, where the service is perfected. I didn't stay there, I just went to a restaurant for dinner.
The view is gorgeous, the menu is interesting. The bartender is "handsome", I do not drink alcohol, I wanted to break his professionalism with an unconventional order, I asked him to make a cocktail of grapefruit and pepper with a hint of bitterness... usually my antics baffle the bartenders, but not here... Bogdan completed the order. We went to this restaurant because my friends wanted to surprise me with an "amazing sommelier bartender"
The evening was a success. I recommend it to everyone as a hotel (I have stayed in other hotels of this chain and 4 and 5 stars) so is the restaurant (view, service, cuisine)
And the price is quite acceptable for restaurants of this level

Excellent, new hotel. Everything is fresh and "brand new". The staff at the Club Lounge is very friendly. A delicious and varied breakfast. Special thanks to the concierge service - they helped a lot on a business trip!

The new hotel opened in March of this year, we were with our family in April. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We made a compliment to the room in the form of treats, cheese appetizer, fruits, chocolate! We had a great time with the children in the pool, the water is comfortable. The only restaurant at the top is an amateur, Asian cuisine, which is not very convenient with children being there, there is no menu for children.

A new hotel! I liked everything, I recommend it. Souvenirs were presented at the check-out. The breakfasts in the shared restaurant are excellent, you definitely won't stay hungry. We swam in the pool three times and did not meet other visitors, which we were very happy about. Saunas are separate, which is somewhat upsetting: in the women's locker room for women, in the men's for men.

I didn't live in the hotel itself, but I visited the outdoor rooftop bar. An interesting team of girls who work with the guests. A professional bartender, responding to individual requests for a cocktail card from customers.

I would like to start with the service, it is at the highest level here. The staff is also excellent and there are no questions at all.
