Too bad experience of asking for assistance from hotel staff both check in counter and concierge with the food delivery!
Seems like they are not willing to help hotel guests to order from outside the hotel.
Frustrating and disappointing!
Recommendations for ordering food delivery:
Please tell courier to come inside the hotel lobby and deliver directly to your hand as a guest instead of any of the staff there!

We stayed at this hotel for a few days, and were generally satisfied. The rooms are clean and cozy, and cleaning was carried out daily. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with any questions. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of dishes ranging from fresh croissants to omelets. The location of the hotel also turned out to be convenient — close to the city center, with good transport accessibility.
To get only to your floor(!), you need to use the room key card.
Of the cons: the rooms are a little tired, and the carpet needs cleaning.
Overall, the impression is positive, and I would recommend this hotel to those who are looking for comfortable accommodation.

Good breakfasts, with a wide variety of food and live music. Convenient location of the hotel. The biggest disadvantage is the lack of early breakfasts at the check-out, which is very disappointing, there is boiling water with tea bags, a kind of sandwiches, and something else.… It would be better if there was nothing at all, with such a gorgeous service, it would be inappropriate to offer such a "breakfast"! I took off the star, only for the lack of early breakfasts for travelers.

It's a great hotel. Your "home away from home".
Location: Amazing. The city center, the greenery and the panorama of the Tien Shan from half of the rooms.
Service: Perfect. You can simply "offload" your belongings to the accommodation staff and ask them to clean or leave your belongings at the hotel for a few days if you travel around the country.
Rooms: Quite good. The room stock wasn't rented yesterday, but everything is definitely in perfect condition.
Other: Excellent breakfast. Panoramic elevators.

Great hotel. We were in early November 2024, a week. The rooms are good, the breakfasts are excellent. We stopped for work, for an exhibition, just next to the exhibition center, within walking distance. Everything is close. I recommend it!!!

I'll start with a good one. A great breakfast, where there is both prosecco and fruit. There is a swimming pool and a spa. The rooms are spacious and well insulated. A pleasant backyard restaurant with perfect lawn and quiet. The location is also great.
But there are also disadvantages: the rooms are very tired and they urgently need repairs. You won't look at the carpet without tears, the plumbing is also not in the best condition. Hotels of this chain are always on top, no matter what country you are in, I recommend it. The service is not intrusive, clear.
