A chic hotel, I especially liked the design of the halls where the reception is located, decorated in the style of Ala Luxor - expensive and pompous. Of the products for breakfast, I really liked the bar of freshly squeezed juices: strawberry, mango, guava, carrot, ginger, and cucumber. Fantastic! I have never tried this variety anywhere. But the fly in the ointment in the general luxury turned out to be the key to the room, which was demagnetized for the first time on the third day of stay, and then demagnetized every day and even twice a day, regardless of whether it was lying with the phone or not. Something has to be done about it.
One of the best hotels in relatively old Cairo. Clean, European style. There is a large territory inside. Restaurants are expensive, but there is a transition to a huge shopping mall where there is food for every taste and budget.
A decent hotel, they settled in a room on the 4th floor with windows on the roof — the windows do not open, there is a bricked-up door in the wall, apparently there was a family room. But excellent water pressure in the shower, Byredo cosmetics, a huge bed, and a great breakfast.

A nice hotel, a large outdoor pool, you can swim, no paths, but at least something.
Great breakfasts, super rich.
And the building and renovation are old, objectively old.
A great hotel for Egypt. I recommend to apply for membership in IHG group in advance. There will be discounts on cafes and alcohol. There are all leisure options inside.
I have been living for almost 3 months...on a business trip...
compared to other hotels in the same Cairo, a good one earns its stars...the staff is friendly, friendly, however, as in similar hotels of this level ...
Swimming pools, sauna, fitness - everything is wonderful and included. Drinks are certainly expensive, but local shops are not far away. ..
Food is even varied...
"Crown" has brought its own nuances - in the evening there is a buffet 4 times a week ...
(this is for the spread-out Russian seam table....they would try to call the table Swedish in Denmark)..
From the taxi center-no problem ...
In general, the choice is not bad ...
The dominance of the Russians is a little hindered...but it's like in any hotel abroad...
you just have to distance yourself from them..

The service is pleasant, but the hotel as a whole is tired and is asking for repairs. Good breakfasts.
I have been living in this hotel for three months (a long business trip during the general quarantine period). The only positive thing is the location of the hotel.
I can say right away that I have seen a lot in three months of staying at this hotel....
1) Very lazy staff. Breakfast is served by waiters at the tables in order to maintain an imaginary social distance. You can wait for coffee for 30 minutes.
2) They also faced Arab racism. First of all, they will serve and listen to local residents. At the entrance to the restaurant there is a man who measures everyone's temperature. So he measures it exclusively for Russian citizens. Citizens from other countries are allowed to pass immediately, especially local ones.
3) Food from the category of food given... there is nothing to choose, except on Friday, when there is an influx of local residents.
4) What is given for dinner can most often be called slop, and sometimes just garbage.
The hotel administration does not pay any attention to numerous complaints and letters.
Think before choosing this hotel.
Luxury hotel, not from the budget, swimming pool, spa, fitness. and it is built into the CityStar shopping center...well, or the shopping center is built into the hotel...
An oasis in Cairo. To get to the airport and all the attractions by taxi is no more than 200 pounds by Uber. Excellent breakfasts and rooms. In general, it's a great hotel.
